Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and disposing of debris to a distance not exceeding 100m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling mild steel / galvanised chain link fencing of any size and type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description as in bed concrete of pipe including breaking up drain pipes of 150 / 160 mm bore (Salt Glazed stone ware / AC / RCC / UPVC) set in cement mortar complete and removing the rubbish outside MD land, providing Material and labour, for Plain Concrete bed to 150 / 160 mm bore drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes, after they are laid and tested, with plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply and laying pipes will be measured and paid for separately under respective items.
