Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking shutter from the frame) not exc 1.5 sqm each all complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking shutter from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm each but not exc 4 Sqm each all complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described all complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for machine cut kota stone slab single piece length as in jambs/cills of windows 18-20mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Kota stone single piece of Cill will be fixed in two steps.

Material and labour for machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 15 mm thick cement screed base (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishesin cill complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge,such as in steps,cooking plateform,and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium frame/track or shutters for windows, ventilators etc. with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc.fixed or sliding type/louvered window or ventilator without sash bar, aluminium including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised alumnium snap beading, screws locking arrangements etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Minimum 25 micron anodisation for all aluminium sections.

Material and labour for aluminium grill with suitable aluminium anodised frame section of ‘F’ section of size 23.4 x 15.3 x 1.4 mm thick manufactured by M/S Deco grill pattern DG-102 (7.5mm dia and aparture 50mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing stainless steel wire cloth mesh 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4 mm fixed with aluminium wire staples all complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 5mm thick toughened glass with aluminium and neoprene beads in square n. exc 0.5 sqm in each pane all complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive for removal of the demolished material outside MoD land.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surface of cement plaster 1:6 finished with 3mm thick wall care white cement putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick plastering in two coats 15 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5 mm thick setting coat in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for preparing New surface plastered or unplastered surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting holes in brick / stone walls in cement mortar exc half & n.exc. One brick depth of embedded portion of hold fast and making good in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 or in cement mortar 1:3 and finished surfaces feven and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, bed blocks etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved ISI marked.

Removing demolished materials outside MoD land to a distance exc 5Km but n exc 10Km complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for high strength aluminium drapery rod with powder coated paint thickness 40-60 microns/electric resistance welded MS pipe with corrugated PVC extrusion having outer dia of 19/20 mm & inner dia 16 mm , Rings made of ABS plastic Decorative finials of ABS plastic in matching colour & installation brackets of galvanised steel powder coated paint in matching colours complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- MAC- sleek line type I model/VISTA Levolor SoffioI or equivalent as approved by GE.

Material and labour for fabrication of framed work as MS grills. with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conform to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 & fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive for necessary scaffolding and safety equipment upto 20m height.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work including cutting of reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition including removing of debris out side MoD land. (Reinforcement cut as reqd to facilitate to demotion) Note :-The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive for necessary scaffolding and safety equipment upto 20m height.

Material and labour for pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified Note :- The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive for necessary scaffolding and safety equipment upto 20m height.

Supply and fixing 10 mm dia 100 mm long dash through fasteners bolts fixed in concrete or brick work to hold brackets etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting chases, pinning in and making good to facings of brick/concrete/stone walling where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc, and cutting hases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 25 cm girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing marine ply 18mm thick as in cupboard shutter including fixed with piano hinges complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 6 mm thick PVC wall panel including all necessary fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Colour and pattern as aprroved by GE Make : Rajshree or eqqivalent as aprroved by GE

Material and labour for providing and fixing Gypsum board 12 mm thick in ceiling fixed with screws including aluminium frame as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Virified Ceramic tiles 9/10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, of size 600x600 , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and grouted with epoxy grout to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Cost of 15 mm thick screed bed is included in the rate). (Make : Kajaria/Somany/Johnson or equivalent)
