M&L Non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick of size area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and grouted with Epoxy grout to match (Note : Cost of 20 mm thick screed bed and epoxy grouting is included in the rate). complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x350x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : The rates include the cost of 15 mm thick plastering ).

M&L Non - skid coloured ceramic tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 7 to 8 mm thick in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and grouted with Epoxy grout to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : Cost of 20 mm thick screed bed and epoxy grouting is included in the rate).

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Granite(of any type) 18-20mm thick slab laid on floor machine cut, bedded & jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including grinding & polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 6 above but on wall skirting /dado over 15 mm thick Cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L udaipur green/baroda green marble slab 18-20 mm thick over similar work machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 and pointed with white cement using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of marble slab including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : The rates included the cost of cement screed bed 10 mm thick)

M&L machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 15 mm thick cement screed base (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : The rate includes the cost of cement screed bed)

M&L machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note: The rate includes the cost of cement plaster )

Rounding to edges of stone slabs (kota/granite etc) one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Extra for forming grooves over granite or kota stone slab as in staircase complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement Concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M & L Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) 100 mm thk in flooring and pavings etc, all as speciifed and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge..

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on wall finished even and fair without using extra cement as in patches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by any means scrapping old surface washing the surface with Bleaching powder throughly,filling the cracks with cracks filling compound of DR Fixit crack free chemical or shrink free as per manufacturer instruction & applying one coat of weather proof acrylic based paint (100%) exterior grade all as specified & directed. a) Old surface shall be cleaned with bleaching powder as specified including biowash all as per maufacturer instructions. All Cracks etc shall be filled with white cement and Sand Mortar (1:3) by making V grooves of Appropiate size. b) Acrylic painting shall be done with Roller. c) Rate Quoted shall be of Scaffolding upto 15th floor.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer with wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L applying one coat of oil bound emulsion distemper on old decorated surfaces of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour preparation of new or previously un treated surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash including necessary arrangement for working platform complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
