SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B&R WORKS)

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris outside AF land and disposed off complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (Reinforced) of Roof, Floor (other than Ground Floor) Beam, Staircase, Landings, Chajjas and similar work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing debris, etc. to Outside MOD Land, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Old reinforcement shall be measured under Sch of Credit)

Demolition of Brick work built in Cement Mortar and in any Position including all Quoins, Arches and Pillars, etc. Incl removal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, in soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc. 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth filling under floor including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to outside AF land and disposing off as per State Govt regulations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treating the backfill in contact with foundation @ 7.5 litres of emulsion per square metre of vertical surface (area of substructure in contact with the backfill to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treating the top surface of filled earth at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treating the soil under plinth protection at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treating the soil alongwith external perimeter of building at the rate of 2.25 litres of emulsion per metre of the perimetre wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 of type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC design mix (M-25 grade) using 20mm grade aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: MS reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for RCC design mix (M-25 grade) using 20mm grade aggregate in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: MS reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L RCC M-25 (Design Mix) in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L RCC M-25 (Design Mix) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like., complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, square, rectangular or polygon, for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

M&L for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required as in reinforcement and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying Polythene film, 150 micron thick, laid over and including a coat of bitumen primer, @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing polythene film, 50 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer, @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly-ash bricks (with old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L Brick Work with Fly-Ash Bricks (Old Size Bricks) in One Brick thick Walls Honey Comb Walling, built in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Loose Filling with broken brick Aggregates of gauge 80mm to 150mm, in Soakage Pits, Soakage Wells, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering (Internal) 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, Plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Rendering 5.0mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on Concrete Surfaces as in Ceiling, etc., Plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth, without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in two layers, 10 mm + 5 mm in cement mortar 1:4, top layer of 5 mm thickness mixed with with water proofing compound (as per manufacturer's instructions) on external surfaces of brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces finished even and fair upto 4 storey height including necessary scaffloding complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid seperately as "Supply only".

Supply only Liquid Water Proofing Compound, as approved, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing New/Undecorated Plastered Surfaces of Walls, applying a coat of suitable cement primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying a Coat of 2.0 mm thick Wall Putty (in two layers of 1mm thick) including rubbing down with Sand Paper to obtain a smooth finish surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying Two Coats of Acrylic Distemper (as approved) as per desired shade/tint, applied using rollers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying one coat of cement primer suitable for internal surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two Coats of Acrylic Distemper (as approved), applied with rollers on ceilings incl complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Paint (having anti-dust & anti-fungal properties) [IN CAMOUFLAGE PATTERN] over a coat of suitable exterior primer of approved make for any building height including necessary scaffolding, safety and protective measures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete, 100 mm thick, type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub floors, sub bases, pavings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in floors, path/Hardstanding, finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Vtirified Coloured Tiles 9 to 10mm thick (Square/ Rectangular), Double Charge, Light shade, Polished, area of each Tile exc. 0.36 Square Metre but not exc 0.42 sqm, in Floors, etc. Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in White or Coloured Cement to match the Tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick Screed or Screed Bed in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Cement Screed Bed shall deem to be include in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L Vtirified Coloured Tiles 9 to 10mm thick (Square/ Rectangular) Double Charge, Light shade, Polished, area of each Tile exc. 0.36 Square Metre but not exc 0.42 sqm, in Vertical Surface i.e. Dado, Skirting, etc., set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White or Colour Cement to match the Tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick Screed or Screed Bed in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Cement Screed Bed shall deem to be include in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L for providing Non-skid/matt finish Ceramic tiles, coloured, joint free, 7-8 mm thick (Square / rectangular), area of each tile exceedig 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in Flooring, set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White or Colour Cement to match the tiles, laid over and including Screed Bed 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Cement Screed Bed shall deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L for providing Coloured/Printed Glazed Ceramic Tiles, 600x300x6.5-7mm thick in Vertical Surfaces i.e. Dado, Skirting, etc., set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White or Colour Cement to match the Tiles, fixed over and including Screed or Screed Bed 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Cement Screed Bed shall deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

Supply and laying machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size as approved by GE conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Sand for cushioning level will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for sand cushioning with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness over PCC Sub Base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Coping, Bed Plates, Holdfast, Bed Block, Kerb Stones including necessary Formwork and weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick in Sub-base for laying of Tiles in Floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new or previously untreated Steel and Iron Surfaces in fencing, gates etc, of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint over a Red Oxide Primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50 mm thick TCT (total coated thickness) pre-coloured galvalume sheets with minimum base metal thickness of 0.45 mm, single skin high/multi rib profile having 1000–1020 mm effective width, 28–30 mm high crest at 250–255 mm pitch (centre), manufactured from high tensile galvalume sheets of 550 MPa tensile strength with coating comprising 18–20 micron top coat, 5 micron primer and 8–10 micron alkyld backer zinc-aluminium alloy (AZ-150) with total mass 150 g/m² on both sides, sheets having wide pans with minimum three small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on laps for purlin support, fixed as per the existing profile using self-tapping screws, fasteners, and all necessary accessories, including overlaps and supports complete, all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing Powder Coated Exposed G.I. Grid Suspension System complete as specified and directed, consisting of 3600 mm long main runners placed at 1200 mm centres, 1200 mm long cross tees inserted in factory-punched slots of main runners at 600 mm intervals to form 1200 mm × 600 mm modules, and additional 600 mm long cross tees placed perpendicular to 1200 mm cross tees to form a final modular grid of 600 mm × 600 mm; perimeter wall angle fixed to walls with PVC dash fasteners and steel screws at 300 mm centres; the grid supported by 6 mm dia G.I. adjustable hanger rods (up to 1200 mm length) fixed to RCC slab by means of G.I. cleats made from 40 × 3 mm G.I. flat, 60 mm long, and 12.5 mm dia × 40 mm long expansion fasteners; the exposed grid system being heavy duty, factory powder coated with minimum 20 micron coating thickness, including levelling, alignment, cutting around services and all accessories required for complete installation, complete in all respects. NOTE: Ceiling boards / tiles shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply and fixing 12 mm thick square edge (lay-in type) lightweight calcium silicate ceiling tiles reinforced with fibre and natural fillers, of size 595 mm × 595 mm, factory finished with approved texture and pattern, having light reflectance ≥ 85%, Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) ≥ 0.60 when tested as per IS 8225, non-combustible as per BS 476 Part 4 and conforming to surface spread of flame requirements of BS 476 Part 6 & 7, suitable for 100% relative humidity without sagging, warping or deterioration, average density not less than 350 kg/m³, laid in the 600 mm × 600 mm exposed G.I. grid suspension system (measured separately), including cutting and making good around light fittings, diffusers, access panels and other services, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Snap grid ceiling frame shall be measured separately under appropriate item.

Supply only of factory manufactured Double Glazed Insulated Glass Unit (IGU) comprising 10 mm thick tinted toughened glass + 12 mm argon gas filled cavity + 10 mm thick toughened glass (overall thickness 32 mm), hermetically sealed with approved aluminium spacer filled with desiccant and dual sealant system (primary and secondary seal), suitable for inclined and partially projecting glazing beyond wall line, designed to withstand dead load, wind pressure, gravity-induced sliding forces and wind uplift; complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Fixing, installation, EPDM gaskets, neoprene setting blocks, structural silicone sealant, anchoring, load transfer arrangements and all accessories shall be deemed included in the connected aluminium frame item.

Supply and fixing heavy duty anodised / powder coated aluminium framing system with minimum powder coating thickness of 50 microns, using extruded aluminium sections of adequate structural thickness (not less than 2.0 mm), suitable to accommodate 32 mm thick double glazed IGU, with one or more rebates, including mullions, transoms, load-bearing brackets, approved anchors, cleats, EPDM gaskets, neoprene setting blocks, glazing beads, structural grade silicone sealant suitable for inclined glazing, weather sealant, drainage and weep hole arrangement; the system being structurally designed to support inclined and partially projecting glazing beyond wall line, ensuring proper dead load transfer, resistance to bending, sliding and uplift forces, and secure anchorage into RCC/masonry; fixed complete in position all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Inclination, projection, geometry, anchorage and load transfer requirements shall be strictly as per approved drawings forming part of the contract. Contractor shall submit structural design calculations and detailed shop drawings for approval prior to fabrication.

&F factory-made extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid frames for doors, windows, or ventilators, size 50×100 mm, made of virgin PVC (K 58–60), calcium carbonate, natural fibers (wood/rice/wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (max toxicity index 12/100 g), fabricated with miter joints using PVC solvent cement and screwed with full-body SS star-headed screws. Frames to have minimum density 750 kg/m³, screw withdrawal strength 2200 N (face) / 1100 N (edge), compressive strength 58 N/mm², modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm², Class A flame resistance, termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof, and fire retardant. Fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners (paid separately), complete as specified and directed. NOTE: Minus 5 mm tolerance in frame dimensions allowed; plus variation acceptable without extra payment.

S&F factory-made extruded WPC solid plain flush door shutter, 30 mm thick, made of virgin PVC (K 58–60), calcium carbonate, natural fibers (wood/rice/wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (max toxicity index 12/100 g), with minimum density 650 kg/m³, screw withdrawal strength 1800 N (face) / 900 N (edge), compressive strength 50 N/mm², modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm², Class A flame resistance, termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof, and fire retardant. Fixed with stainless steel butt hinges using full-body SS screws (paid separately), complete as specified and directed. Note: Butt hinges shall be paid separately.

S&F Butt hinges, 100mm long, stainless steel with brass/SS screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium alloy Handle 150mm long, cast type, anodised with brass/SS screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium Barrel Tower Bolt 200mm long, extruded section, with brass/SS screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium alloy, anodized, Sliding Door Bolt 250mm long with Hasp Staple (Bolt type) and Fixing Clips of Sheet cast or extruded section and fixing Bolts and Sliding Bolts of extruded section and fixing, with brass/SS screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Floor Door Stopper 150mm in size, Aluminum alloy Body and Tongue with Hard Drawn Steel Spring (weight not less than 90 Gram), with brass/SS screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anodised and Powder Coated Aluminium Frame (minimum powder coating thickness 50 microns) for doors, windows and ventilators with one or more rebates, including jointing cleats, approved anchors, screws and all necessary fixing accessories, fixed to masonry/RCC openings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing Powder Coated (minimum 50 microns) Anodised Aluminium 3-Track Sliding Window without sash bars, fabricated from heavy duty aluminium extruded sections of approved design, outer frame sections weighing not less than 0.90 kg per running metre and shutter sections not less than 0.70 kg per running metre, comprising three tracks to accommodate two sliding glazed shutters (and provision for mosquito mesh shutter if required), complete with stainless steel adjustable rollers, interlocking meeting stiles, approved sliding locks, aluminium handles, EPDM rubber gaskets, wool pile weather strips, snap-on glazing beads, necessary drainage and weep holes, jointing cleats, screws and all fixing accessories, fixed to masonry/RCC opening complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (i) The rate shall include cost of all hardware, rollers, locks, handles, gaskets, wool pile and accessories described above. (ii) Glass shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as "Supply Only" (iii) Measurement shall be taken for finished outer frame dimensions in sqm.

Supply only of moisture-proof, termite-resistant composite/PVC/phenolic resin board panel for bottom portion of Aluminium door shutter, minimum 10 mm thick (or as approved), including sealant, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (1) Fixing, sealing, finishing, alignment and commissioning shall be deemed included in the connected item for Aluminium door shutter. (2) Only the actual size of panel fixed in the shutter shall be measured and paid. No extra payment shall be made for wastage or cutting losses.

Supply only of 5.5 mm thick tinted glass panel for Aluminium door shutter of approved size, including glazing clips, rubber/neoprene packing and sealant, complete all as specified and directed NOTE: (1) Fixing, glazing, sealing, finishing, making good, alignment and commissioning shall be deemed included in the connected item for Aluminium door/window shutter. (2) Only the actual size of glass fixed in the shutter shall be measured and paid. No extra payment shall be made for wastage or cutting losses.

Supply only of 4.8 mm thick tinted float glass (approved shade) conforming to IS 14900 (latest revision), cut to required size and shape for aluminium sliding window shutters, with smooth finished edges, free from bubbles, waviness and other visible defects, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (1) Fixing, glazing, rubber/neoprene packing, sealant, finishing, making good, alignment and commissioning shall be deemed included in the connected item for aluminium door/window shutter. (2) Only the actual size of glass fixed in the shutter shall be measured and paid. No extra payment shall be made for wastage, cutting losses or breakage.

Supply only of 4.0 mm thick frosted / obscure float glass conforming to IS 14900 (latest revision), cut to required size and shape for aluminium ventilator shutters, with smooth finished edges, free from bubbles, waviness and other visible defects, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (1) Fixing, glazing, rubber/neoprene packing, sealant, finishing, making good, alignment and commissioning shall be deemed included in the connected item for aluminium ventilator shutter. (2) Only the actual size of glass fixed in the shutter shall be measured and paid. No extra payment shall be made for wastage, cutting losses or breakage.

S&F Double Action Floor Spring Hydraulically Regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick Aluminium alloy Sheet Foundation Box, Main Body with Stainless Steel Cover, Governing Pivot made of Brass, Other Parts made of Mild Steel heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Door Closer Aluminium (Die cast) body, hydraulically regulated, Designation No. 3, Universal type, suitable for Door Shutters of 851mm to 1000mm in width and of weight between 61.00 to 80.00 Kilogram complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Reinforced Concrete Pipes 150mm (internal dia), Class NP-3, laid in Trenches on Concrete Bed, to required Slope, jointed with jute & cement mortar 1:1, complete with collars all specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Reinforced Concrete Pipes 300mm (internal dia), Class NP-3, laid in Trenches on Concrete Bed, to required Slope, jointed with jute & cement mortar 1:1, complete with collars all specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in Concrete Bed to Drain Pipes of 150mm bore (dia), including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in Concrete Bed to Drain Pipes of 300mm bore (dia), including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning and preparation of RCC roof slabs and parapets, etc. and applying one coat of polymer-modified cement slurry consisting of cement mixed with approved polymer (such as SBR or Acrylic Latex) as per manufacturer's recommendations, thoroughly brushed over the cleaned and damp surface to form a uniform bonding/waterproofing coat ensuring full coverage at all junctions and corners, complete all as specified and directed. (Make: STP – SHALISBR LATEX / FOSROC – NITOBOND SBR / SIKA – SIKA LATEX) (NOTE: This item shall be provided only when cement mortar bedding layer is provided over new PCC padding and when PCC padding and cement mortar layer are not laid monolotically)

M&L for applying a 10 mm thick layer of cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR Latex as per manufacturer’s recommendations, over old or new PCC padding, to form a smooth and even surface, including rounding/angling at the junctions of roof slab and parapet walls, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Polymer modified slurry, to be applied before laying of cement mortar bedding shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in Plinth Protection, finishing surfaces Even & Smooth without using Extra Cement complete all as specified & directed.
