Demolition of concrete is reinforced (Reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition) of any descrition and in any position not other wise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed

M&L brick work in CM (1:6) with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plane exc 6m mean readius,used in drain, boundary wall,compound wall complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete as specified and directed. All dismantling/demolished material removed from MOD land completely.Rate of removal outside side from MoD land deemed to be included in the same item.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in lintels upto 1.5m clearspan, cills, steps; seismicand other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets andrailings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including necessary formwork weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as spfd and directed

M&L for 12mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- All works to be carried out up to Approx 12 mtr height .Rates included to the necessary steel scaffolding required for execution of works upto Approx 12 mtr height from ground floor. No extra claim by the contractor for same.

M & L for Rolled Steel section (Fe-410, Grade E-250)as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in chajja/roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws to steel frame work, as specified.

M&L for Precast RCC slab, landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs,mangers, shelves type B1(1:2:4) and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 all as spfd and directed
