Taking down Cement Plaster from wall and ceiling of any description from Brick/concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Rate included for four storey building including scaffolding and all safety measures)

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 by using manufacture/washed stone yellow/grey sand for plaster on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 by using manufacture/washed stone yellow/grey sand for plaster on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of PCC of any description, not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing the same from Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.(up to 4 storey building).

M&L for Non–Skid Ceramic Coloured Tiles, size 300X300X7-8mm in size, Laid on Floor, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 Laid and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in White or Coloured Cement to match the shade of the Tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Glazed Ceramic Coloured Tiles, 300X450X7mm to 8mm in size, set on Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado, etc,over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in White or Coloured Cement to match the shade of the Tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for glazed/matt finish ceramic joint free Coloured Tiles 8 to 10mm thick, exc 0.11 sqm and n.exc 0.18 sqm each tile, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tile including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floor and skirting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for ceramic joint free Coloured Tiles, size 400x100/150mm x10mm in size, vertical Laid and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in Coloured Cement to match the shade of the Tiles,incl. Screed Bed or Bedding Layer 15mm thick as in Floor in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for vitrified tiles tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile n.exc. 0.36 sqm, in floor and Skirting etc.,set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment to match for laying floor fineshes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles from floor etc of any description including cement mortar bedding and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old treated wall surface & applying one coats of distemper including removing of nails filled with POP putty and match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing water tank of capacity 250 to 500 Ltr and refixing after necessary cleaning etrc including replacement of tank nipple etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of debris/malwa to a distance exc 10Km but n exc 15 Km and depositing out side the MD land and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note:- The amount of Rs 76275/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 135 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance
