The door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having screw holding capacity. etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in -charge, manufacturer's specification & drawings.

M&L for IInd class Hard wood (Sal) plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 30mm thick Glazed and ske- leton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, wire mesh etc. with sash bars edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters of 2nd class hard wood. etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperyure 1.40 mm fixed in aluminium windows complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F 35mm thick Plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, with commercial face veneers of 2nd class HW rail and style etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of new wood surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10cm and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Zinc Chrome primer. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 30 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels,etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing including 100 mm long 8 Nos Hold fast/ Screws.

Factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Note :- (i) The window opening shall be provided with three shutters of equal width. (ii) Two shutters shall be glazed shutters & one shutter shall be with stainless steel wire cloth all as specified hereinbefore. (iii) Sealing the gap of frame with Jamb and Cill (alround) using silicon gel at the rate of 0.05 lit/m for both faces of window.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in jambs, pillars, window- cills and similar work laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of following types.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work in doors, grill etc. of any description not otherwise provided for. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F as in repairs aluminium grill of size, 85mm x 85mm hexagonal shaped mesh, fixed to aluminium frame work with 'U' clip of size 15mmx12mm & fastners complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 ,complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete.

S&F 1 mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel, of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of anti corrosive epoxy primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
