Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil including dressing and levelling the bed up to the required depth & removing the excavated earth & depositing the same away from the work site within initial lead of 50 mtr & initial lift of 1.5 mtr, including cost of labour T&P articles required for the work including shoring, shuttering, propping & dewatering if required, etc. complete in all respect as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 23.5 cm (9") thick layers including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials, and labour with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size crusher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance taxes royality, labour of all materials, with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and including hire & running charges of machineries T&P required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge

Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) with clean hard crusher broken granite chips of 12mm. (1/2) size of approved quality and specificatiomn from approved quarry consistent with strength & cover of concrete of in position in layers not exceeding 150mm thick in the proper packing by means of vibrator to proper slope and to the required level including hoisting lowering laying concrete providing side shuttering & finishing all exposed surface smooth supplying & working of pumps, labour & T&P articles & all machineries, dewatering if required cost conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete in all rerspects.

Fly ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in Foundation using Fly ash brick of 25 cm X 12 cm X 8 cm size having a crushing strength not less than 75kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 2% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & curbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and including hire & running charges of machineries T&P required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge

Fly ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in Superstrcuture using Fly ash brick of 25 cm X 12 cm X 8 cm size having a crushing strength not less than 75kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 2% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & curbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and including hire & running charges of machineries T&P required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge

RCC work of grade M-20 having a minimum compressive strength in work test of 200Kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28days after mixing and tests conducted using 10mm to 20mm size (20mm not to exceed 25 percent) crusher black broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering and laying concrete by using vibrators watering and curing for four weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth to receive painting or white or clour wasing providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, taxes and royalties of all materials and labour required for the work etc, complete with all T&P and cess in all respect but execluding cost of reinforcement MS rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 guage and labour charges etc, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) finished smooth to brick walls after racking out joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
