Amount

1.Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 c.u.m. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

2.Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, foursand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hardbroken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering if found necessary andlaid in layers of not more than 15 cm thickand compacted etc.,complete complying witstandard specification.

3. Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 mix with blue granite rough stones for foundation and basement etc complete

4.Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification

5.Supplying and erecting SHUTTTERING including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC COLUMN FOOTING, PLINTH BEAM, etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60Cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles for boarding supported by Casuarinas props at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

6.Centering with steel centering for revetment, drain and culvert upto 1.20m depth using MS sheet of size 0.90X0.60m 10 gauge thick and stiffened with MS 'L' angle wood runners of size 0.075 X 0.05 three rows with support by casurina pullys 0.075 cm at 0.45 m length including cost of nails etc., Area. 10.80 sq.mtr (upto 4 Feet)

7.Supply and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RCC slabs, Rectangular beems, Tee (or) ECC Beam, Lintel, BedBlock, Staircase waist and landing slabs landing beams,canopy etc., in all floor with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmX60cm and BG10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmX25X3mm for boarding laid over country wood joinsts of size10cmX6.50cm spaced at about 90cmC/C and supports by Causrina props of 10c to 13cmdia spaced at 75cmC/C etc., completed as directed. 8.Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and a half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing, vibrator charges etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

9.Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using Fly Ash bricks of 230x110x70mm including cost of materials and labour charges etc., as per standard specification

10.Supplying and fixing of Cudappa slab of 38/40mm thick for Cup board including cost of materials and labour etc complete

11.Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three fine aggregates and six coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

12.PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5(one cement and five sand by volume) 12mm thick for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.

13.Filling with Well gravel layer by layer cost including watering and consolidations etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officer.

14.Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc. conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamal painting as per Design given by the departmental officers etc, complete as per standard specification

15.Paving the floor with Vitrified Floor Tiles of size 60 X 60cm of approved brand and colour Marbonite tiles in all floors base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick using first quality Marbonite tiles of size 60 X 60cm and point with colour cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and to alignment etc., complete complying with standard specification

16.Paving the floor with fully polised Colour Granite stone of 20mm thick of size 4'x2' laid over a cement mortar 1:3 mix , fixing the slab in true tight angles applying cement slurry and pointed with white cement and colour pigment sand curing etc. complete as directed by depat. officers.

17.Providing and laying of Rubber Moulded Hydraulic Pressed Paver Block size 63mm thick in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in lorrying bone pattern with approved non sticking surface in the top and the rate including leveling the base, preparation of sub base with sand cushion 100mm thick, laying out the pavement, cut the pieces to fit the edge, vibrating the pavers, sweeping the sand grouting, providing transporting, loading unloading and laying of paver block as per standard specification

18. RCC 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS gauge HBBG chips for slab of the 200mm thickness excluding cost of reinforcement grills in position but including moulding, casting, finishing and fixing in position etc., complete 1 m2

19.Fabrication & Supply of M V Cubical Panel board vermi proof box of MS sheet 20 SWG powder coated, door with 180 degree opening, poly ure thane/rubber gaskets as per IE rules inclduing
