Digging in ordinary soil to a depth of 0.30m including breaking of clods removing & disposal of stones, roots & other debris to a initial lead of 50 m and stacking the same.

Soil preparation works by rough dressing excavated area, spreading of red soil in layer of 0.10 m (excluding cost of red soil)spreading of vermicompost manure over red soil @ 2Kg/m2 (Excluding cost of vermicomost)mixing of soil & manure thoroughly to a depth of 0.25m consolidating with water (excluding cost of water ) and fine dressing as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-charge.

Supply & plantation of ornamental edge & hedge plants by excavation of trenches of 0.50 m width or shapes as per design of depth 0.30 m adding vermi compost @ 2 Kg/M2(excluding cost of vermicompost ) , mixing of soil & manure , filling of mixed soil in trenches, consolidating it with water, dressing, supply of well grown true to type hedge plants as per Annexure -I at plantation site , planting of hedge plants followed by watering ( excluding cost of water ) , etc .complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Maintaining the newly planted edge and hedge plants for Eighteen month by regular watering of plants every alternate day by hose pipe / rose can , earthing up , water basin preparation and weeding once in a month , clipping of hedges to give desired shape as and when required etc complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Maintaining the newly planted lawn areas for 18 months regularly by watering the lawn area every alternate day by hose pipe & sprinkler system, trimming/moving of lawn areas by kerosene/petrol/diesel operated mechanical lawn mover once in a month , weeding out unwanted weeds, grass etc. from lawn area once in fortnight & sweeping of lawn areas once in a week for including removal of paper plastic waste, dried leaves etc. & its disposal at designated places within lead of 2.0 km as per directions & specifications of departmental engineers. (Note The maintenance period will start after complete plantation of lawn areas in item no 5 ).

Supply & plantation of ornamental shrubs of height 0.3 m to 2.0 m height ( as per list attached ) by excavation of pits of size 0.60 m dia and 0.60 m deep , removing of stone debris etc. from excavated area to a level of 50 m, adding vermicompost @ 2 kg / pit mixing of soil & manure in pit & consolidating it, dressing , supplying of well grown healthy shrubs as per Annexure – II at plantation site, planting of shrubs in pit, watering once ( excluding cost of water ) stacking of plants if required with 2 meter bamboo sticks etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Maintaining the newly planted shrubs for Eighteen month by regular watering of shrubs every alternate day by hose pipe / rose can , earthing up , water basin preparation and weeding once in a month , stacking of plants as and when required with bamboo poles of height up to 2.0 m etc complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer – In – Charge

Supply and Plantation of trees in pits by excavation of pits of size 1.00 m x 1.00 m x1.00 m ,removal of stones debris etc. from excavated soil , filling the pits with mixture of red soil , black soil in 2:1 proportion and vermicompost @5.0 kg per pit ,(excluding cost of red soil and vermicompost ) supply of well grown healthy tree saplings as per varieties mentioned in Annexure -III , plantation of trees in pit followed by immediate watering (excluding cost of water) ,stacking of plants with suitablesize bamoo sticks /poles , disposing the debris to a lead of 50 m etc. complete.

Maintenance of trees for period of 18 months by watering every alternate day, ring making & weeding once in a month etc. complete as per directions of engg. In charge by as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-charge.

Supplying ,transporting and stacking of good quality red garden soil free from stones, murrum, weeds ,stubbles and other foreign material etc. at site with all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. ( Note : red soil measured in stacks will be reduced by 20 % for payment.)

Supplying of well rotten decomposed vermicompost manure in sealed bags of 50 kg capacity, free from clumps, sand & other foreign material etc. at plantation site. The sample of vermicompost should be got approved by the Engineer In Charge before supply of material .

Hiring of hydraulic excavator for site clearance works by cutting & uprooting of wild thorny bushes of babhul , ber ,subabhool etc, removal of ,underground root portion of uprooted plants shifting of excavated soil to low lying area , shifting of boulders & other debris from excavation as per etc. directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Hiring of dumper for transporting & dumping excavation soil at designated places, disposal of debris ,uprooted plants ,root portion etc. at designated places within a level of 2.0 km etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge as and when required during contract period .

Removal & disposal of surplus soil, debris etc. generated during excavation & soil preparation works by mechanical transport to a lead exceeding 2 km but not exceeding 3 Km. including loading unloading, staking /leveling etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. Total area of development - 17530.00 m2, 3 % of this is waste soil So Quantity = 17530.00 x 3 % = 525.90 m3 Say = 526.00 m3

Drilling of bore well of 8" dia. In over burden soils i.e. black cotton soils, soft murrum, soft rock etc and 6" dia. Hole in rocky/ hard strata below groung level including site survey, site clearance, shifting & transportation of bore well drilling machine etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 7" dia PVC Well casing pipes of Jain/Finolex/Prince or equivalent confirming to IS 12818 with one coupling, up to the rock level presuming over burden soil to a depth of 50 feet below surface level

Providing & fixing 7" dia. PVC Borewell cap

Providing, laying , jointing, fixing and testing heavy quality ( (ISI Marked C-Class) Galvanised Iron pipes and ISI marked fittings like, tees, elbows, bends, unions, nipples,reducers etc. as required for the work, including testing the pipes and fittings for 10.00 Kg / Sq.Cm hydralic pressure with a minimum period of two hours duration with clean water, including cutting , threading, jointing with hemp yarn, white lead, jointing teflon tape, chasing walls and making good by filling with concrete 1:3:6, complete all as per specifications and drawings, including two coats of anti corrosive bitumastic paint, all as directed by the Engineer-incharge. Pipes with ISI marked 'C' -Class heavy quality pipes of approved make.

Providing & fixing in position heavy pattern screw down gun metal gate valve with handles and wheels of approved make including testing for 10Kg/cm2 pressure with clean and potable water with a minimum testing duration of two hours etc.as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supply installation and commissioning of heavy duty, medium volume raingun of make jain (model - 163)/ SIME Hindra/ EPC Penguin mounted on G.I. Fabricated stand 1.5 inch dia and height 1.5 m with telescopic legs for holding pipe with quick connect male connector and quick couplingkey. The raingun shall have tragetory 230, part circle adjustments 1.5 inches BSP male threded inlet connection along with nozzles range from 12 mm to 16 mm dia. etc. complete as per specifications & directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply installations of quick connect PE pipes having 6 m lenght made from high quality HDPE raw material confirming to IS 14151. IS-4984 along with quick connect coupler made of zinc plated metal clamps etc. complete as per specifications & directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
