CIVIL WORKS Bank protection Work

Item No. 1 : Earthwork in filling in canal embankment, approach road, afflux bund, guide bund etc. to the designed section and grade by obtaining earth from outside borrow pits and filling in uniform layers not exceeding 15 cm thick including clearing light jungles, removing trees upto 15 cm dia. and uprooting roots and stumps from the seat of embankment and borrow pits area, including breaking clods to not more then 10 mm cube ramming, dressing, watering and roughening the seat of embankment, profiling etc. paying compensation of earth borrowed from private land if any, lead upto 30 M and lift upto 1.5 M complete as directed. (By head lead in sandy, clayey or loamy soil).

Item No. 2 : Earthwork in excavation of deposited silt, sand and river debris from the seat of Guide Bunds/Afflux Bunds,etc. including clearing light jungle, removing tree upto 15 cm dia, and uprooting roots and stumps, etc, from the seatof Guide Bunds / Afflux Bunds, etc. including dressing, carriage of excavated earth and depositing the same in stacks at a distance not less than 80 M from the axis of the Guide Bunds / Afflux Bunds, etc. including bailing out of water where necessary upto depth below the existing ground level as mentioned in the approved drawing and complete as directed and specified.

Item No. 3 : Collection of hard broken stone of size 13 mm to 38 mm from blasted boulder free from dust and dirt and foreign materials including stacking at quarry site, complete as directed.

Item No. 4: Collection of one man size 25 cm to 30 cm hard river boulder including stacking in measurable stacks of not more than 1.00 M height at quarry site and making payment of forest royalty etc, complete as directed.

Item No. 5: Carriage of boulders, gravels, metal screening, stacking in measurable stacks at site, complete as directed A) For Normal Road upto 25.00 KM with contractors profit and GST

Item No. 6: Labour charge for spreading hard river gravel/broken stone of size 13mm to 38mm to the required thickness including ramming, dressing the seat before laying the materials as directed with lead up to 30m & lift upto 1.5m complete as directed.

Item No. 7: Labour charge for pitching with one man size boulder including dressing and ramming the seat to proper size and slope, pitching etc. with local carriage of boulders from a distance of 60 M with lift upto 3 M, complete as directed.

Item No. 8: Construction of 1.00 M x 1.00 M rectangular boulder sausage including supplying of materials with 25 cm to 30 cm size boulders collecting from a lead of 25 KM encased in 15 cm mesh of 8G hexagonal wire netting and filling the voids between the boulders with stone not exceeding 18 cm in size tied with 8G galvanized tying wire at 30 cm apart, laid in position as directed including necessary local carriage of materials, paying necessary forest royalty including providing 1 (one) no. of jati bamboo horizontal runner along the top of the sausage with vertical bhaluka bamboo post 1.20 M apart driven at least 0.60 M below ground and tying with sausage etc, all complete as directed.. Procurement of pump sets & Installation, Testing & Commissioning (A) Pump Set

Item No. 1: Self Priming Centrifugal pump set (Size : Suction 150 mm and delivery 150 mm dia) 60 LPS minimum discharge at 10.00 mtr head (approx), working efficiency at head range 2.00 to 15.00 mtr (Make : Reputed brand) and to be coupled with H.D. squirrel cage induction motor having E/B class insulation conforming to IS - 325/78 (Make : Reputed brand) to be connected to power source 400/440 V, 50 Hz, 3Ph complete with 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 ph FASD starter in sheet enclosure, coupling, HD base frame , fitted in accurate alignment.

Item No.2: Installation of Centrifugal Pump set (Horizontal Split casing type, size: 150 mm(suction) x 125 mm dia. (delivery) of 60 LPS minimum discharge at 13.00 Mt head coupled with 3 ph, 415 V, 50 Hz, 1450 RPM squirrel cage induction motor of 20 HP complete set. The job includes necessary transportation of pump set to the site and installation of C.C. block foundation of pump house in proper position with accurate alignment by means of foundation nuts and bolts including and commissioning at site at full load condition with all works complete as directed.

Item No.3: Starter Stand: Supply & Installation of MS Starter Stand made of MS Angle of size 50mmx50mmx5mm including of providence C.C Block Foundation for installation of starter stand along with the required cement concrete works etc. The work includes painting of the starter stand with 1(one) coat of red oxide metal primer to be followed by 2(Two) coats of anticorrosive smoke grey paint to be applied after air drying of each previous coat.

Item No.4: Supply and compressing of graphite greased gland packing of reputed quality as required quantity around the rotating shaft of the pump set against the gland pressure plate to form a water tight seal and adjusting with the help of gland nut in order to accommodate continuous operation .

Item No.5: Installation of Earth Station including supply of Earth continuity conductor materials ,erection, connection of Earth Station with G.I pipe of 40 mm dia x 2 Mt long with reducing sockets , nuts & bolts etc. as per rule I.e Rule , connecting the motor etc by 8 SWG G.i wire through perforated G.I pipe with 12 mm dia holes all over the body of G.I pipe of standard spacing potential at bottom end. for earth continuity conductor required of salt,charcoal to be used in the earth station.

(C)ELECTRICAL PART Provisional estimate for 11/0.43, 25 KVA Pole mounted Sub-Station including complete commissioning of the scheme (Line Length=220 Mtr)

HT Electrical Part Item No.1: Surveying and finalising the suitable tapping point in existing nearby 11 kV line in consultation with APDCL and Departmental Officers, marking the alignment of the line considering Right of Way, Feasibility etc. as required and as directed For first 500Mtrs.

Item No.2: Jungle cutting including cutting of branches of trees and reclining Bamboos along the alignment of the overhead line providing clearance 1.5M either side and above the line as directed. Clearance must be ensured at the time of charging the line

Item No.3: Supplying & Erection of PSC Pole conforming to IS 1678 of Standard Dimension and of following lengths for overhead Electric Lines including digging of Earth Pit (0.75m × 0.5m) to a depth ⅕th of the Pole Length with a PCC Base Plate of size 60 cm × 60 cm × 12 cm at the bottom, refilling as specified with hard ramming as directed. (I) Refilling with Hard Soil A) 8.50 Metres

Item No.4: Supplying and erection of MS Channel Cross Arm of following sizes for 11 kV Line on PSC/ Steel Poles along with Clamps, Nuts & Bolts duly painted with Anti Corrosive Primer and Aluminium Paint including drilling of necessary holes as directed. (Size:75mm × 40mm × 6mm × 2200 mm)

Item No.5: Supplying and erection of Cross Bracing Sets for 11 kV Line on DP (Double Pole) Structure comprising of 2(two) Nos. of MS Angle of size 50 mm × 50 mm × 6 mm × 2200 mm fitted horizontally and other 2 Nos. 3200 mm long fitted diagonally along with MS Pole Clamps, Nuts Bolts and washer duly painted with Anti Corrosive Primer and Aluminium Paint including drilling of necessary holes as directed

Item No.6: Supplying and Erection of 11 kV HT Stay Set comprising of 19mm dia × 1.8 m Stay Rod, Anchor Plate, Bow, Thimble etc. including supply and erection of 7/10 SWG G I Stay Wire and 11kV Guy Insulator complete including digging of Earth Pit of size (0.9m × 0.9m) to a depth of 1.4 Metre, placing the Stay Rod with Plate, fixing thimble, bow etc. with Boulder packing (size 150mm to 200mm) and hard ramming to fill up half the pit and filling with hard soil packing upto the Ground Level as directed

Item No.7: Supply and erection of G I Stay Wire 7/10 SWG along with 11 kV Guy insulator, binding to existing 11kV Stay Set and the GI Pole Clamp, tightening to required extent as directed.

Item No.8: Hardware Fittings (3u bolt) on existing MS / GI Channel Cross Arm with GI Nuts and Bolts for mounting 11 kV Disc Insulator 45 kN as directed

Item No.9: Supplying and Erection of 11 kV Polymeric Disc Insulator 45 kN on existing Hardware Fitting on Cross Arm as directed

Item No.10: Supplying Laying and erection of conductors of following size and specification for Overhead line, binding to Insulators and Tensioning with unifrom standard sag including jumpering connection as directed.AAA weasel conductor

Item No.11: Supply and Erection of 11 kV Grade Aero Bunched Cable with 3(three) Power core, Stranded compacted, Circular Aluminium Conductor screened with black extruded semi conducting compound natural colour XLPE insulated core screened with black extruded semi conducting compound and one layer of copper tape and covered with black extruded PVC and one Bare messenger wire shall be stranded non-compacted circular aluminium alloy conductor. the cable should conform to IS:8130-1984, IS:398(Part-IV) 1994, IS:7098(Part-II) 2011 & IS:5831-1984 with up to date amendments. The job includes necessary Cable Joint, End Terminations, Anchor Clamp, Supension Clamps, Eye Hooks etc as directed by department. iii) 3 x 95 sqmm(P) + 1 x 70 sqmm (M)

Item No.12: Supplying, Fitting and Erection of 3-φ 11 kV Gang Operated (G.O.) Air Break Switch having nominal System Voltage of 12 kV, rated Voltage 11 kV, rated Frequency 60 Hz, and peak current in closed position 46 kA, conforming to IS 2544, IS 5340(Part-III) and IS 9921(Part I to V) suitable to opearate in all climatic condition of following current ratings on existing Channels complete with Operating Pipe and Handle including making of necessary Electrical Connections as directed as directed. 200 Amps

Item No.13: Supplying, fabrication and erection of Iron Angle Stand for erection of LT Power Capacitor made of MS Angle of size 30 mmX 30mm X5 mm with 4 Nos of legs 400mm high and cross pieces having Bakelite Sheet horizontal platform as directed

Item No.14: Supplying and Erection of 3-φ 11 kV Drop Out (D.O.) Fuse Unit rated voltage 11 kV R.M.S. To 12 kV R.M.S., highest System Voltage 12 kV, each pole consisting of Polymeric insulator, all current carrying parts made of a highly conductive copper alloy and contact portion are silver plated for corrosion resistance and efficient current flow and the fuse tube made of fibre glass coated with ultraviolet inhibitr on the outer surface and having Arc Quenching bone fibre liner inside conforming to IS 9385/1983 of following current ratings on existing Channels complete with Barrel Fuse and making of necessary Electrical Connections as directed. (150 amp)

Item No.15: Supplying and Erection of Metal Oxide gapless Lightning Arrestor of following specification on MS Channel with Clamps, Nuts & Bolts including drilling of holes and making of necessary connection with Line Conductors as directed. 9 kV, 10 kA with Polymer body

Item No.16: Supply & Erection of C.I. Earth Pipe 100 mm dia × 2.5 Metre long perpendicular to the ground including digging of Earth Pit, putting Salt and Charcoal in alternate layers surrounding the pipe along with fitting of hinged CI top Cover Plate and necessary C.C. work as directed

Item No.17: Supply including Erection of 5 Star ON-AN (Oil Natural, air Natural) Cooled Al/ CU-wound Distribution Transformer conforming to IS specifications 2026 (with latest amendments) with all standard accessories erected on double pole structure/ transformer pad including transportation and handling, loading and unloading etc,, securing it on existing Channel firmly with necessary clamps, nuts & bolts . as required, and making necessary connections on HV and LV sides as directed (Cost of DP structure /Pad extra ) Capacity : 25 kVA, 11 kV/0.433 kV (5 Star Dyn) (A) Cost including Supply of Transformer

Item No.18: Supply & Erection of G.I. Earth Wire and Earthing of different Substation Items by connecting the existing Earth Pipes with G. I. Lugs as directed. 6 SWG G.I. Wire

Item No.19:Supply & Erection of Anti Climbing Barbed Wire on Poles at a height of about 3 Metres and covering a length of 1.5 Metre as directed

Item No.20:Supplying including erection of powder coated LT Feeder Panel for 25 kVA DTR (800mm × 1000mm × 400mm) made of 16 SWG CR sheet and 40mm × 40mm × 6mm MS angle having CR sheet roofing containing Cu Busbar and 1 no 63 A 415 V FP MCCB, making necessary connection through copper cable complete as directed.

Item No.21:PVC/ XLPE Insulated Armoured LT Power Cable 1.1 kV Grade with Al Conductor of size 50 Sq mm × 3.5 core in single line, Conforming IS 7098(Part I) 1988, direct in ground including digging of tren ch of 0.3 Mtr wide × 0.75 Metre deep including Sand Cushioning (7.5cm + 7.5cm) and refilling alongwith fitting, fixing of Brass Compression Gland and Aluminium Cable Lug etc. as directed

Item No.22:Danger plate suitable for 11KV line conforming to IS:2552/1963 of size 200mmX200mm

Item No.23:Providing Security fencing around the S/S with GI chain link net, woven with 10 SWG wire with mesh 7.5cm × 7.5cm to be erected on GI angle 40 mm × 40mm × 5mm, with necessary C C grouting, with a fencing height of 1.8 mtr, having a hinged door, fabricated with flat GI strip boundary and cross bracing, complete including supply of all materials, excavation refilling etc as reqd and as directed.

Item No.24:Testing and commissioning of the Substation alongwith obtaining necessary approval for charging from competent authority including payment of Inspection Fee, Arranging for Test Report etc. as required and as directed for following kVA Capacity: 25 kVA,11 kVA/0.433 kV

Item No.25:Liasoning with APDCL, Forest Department, Electrical Inspectorate etc. right from start till commissioning of the HT Line/ sub-station, preparation of all necessary documents like Agreement and Affidavit reqd. for power connection, obtaining No Objection Certificate from Forest Department where necessary to complete all arrangement for charging the installation as reqd. and as directed.

Item No.26:Testing and commissioning of the 11KV Line including making payment for necessary inspection fee and obtaining charging approval from competent authority( Electrical Inspectorate) as directed. upto 1 kM

Item No.27:Erection & Commissioning LT Whole Current Electronic Energy Meter including making necessary payment to APDCL for Meter Cabinet, Meter Security etc as reqd and as directed.

Item No.28:Load Security to be paid to APDCL (Approx.)

Erection of LT Line and Control Panel

Item No:- 2 Supplying fitting fixing of LT Power Capacitor 415 Volt AC 3 φ (Single Unit) of following KVAR Rating and making connection with Busbar in the existing Panel. The Capacitor is to be placed in existing Platform. (6 kVAR)

Item No:- 4 Supplying including fitting, fixing and connection of three pole 415V, AC 50 Hz Motor Protection Circuit Breaker (MPCB) with adjustable thermal and magnetic setting with rotary handle of following current/HP ratings in already fabricated LT Control Panel Board housing along with lugs, connection cable and all other necessary materials for connection as directed. Item No:- 5 Laying of PVC/XLPE insulated Armoured LT Power Cable 1.1KV grade with Al conductor in existing open trench/ in air including fixing with necessary necessary clamps etc. in wall/pole /other supportincluding termination with brass compression gland and cable lug as reqd. and as directed. Size of Cable: 35 Sq.mm X3 Core(single line)

Item No:- 6 Supplying and erection of Pipe Earth Station including supply of all materials with GI Pipe of following size perforated all over the body with 12mm dia hole at standard spacing with necessary reducing socket , locking arrangement with hinge cover plate, funnel, GI nuts& bolts etc with necessary enclosure on the top including excavation and refilling as directed. Earth Station with 40mm dia X2.5 Mtr long GI Pipe

Supplying & erection of 6 SWG Copper Earth Wire and making connection of different Substation items by connecting the existing Earth pipes with necessary lugs etc as directed.
