ELEC MTNCE OF CONVRS 14,15,16 AND ITS SWGR EQUPTS

LT modules- Charges for the following work in One Module – Rack out the LT modules from the panel – Removing from its position – Removal of dust by blower / vacuum cleaner – Removing the contactors cover – Removal of carbon dust over all electrical components, moving and fixed contacts, metering CTC’s. With molykote – Tightness checking of all bolt and nuts, internal wiring with components – Reassembling the LT modules – After completion of work, racked inside the LT modules.

LT motors 150KW and HT motor 336KW -Charges for the following in ONE LT/HT motor – Removing of terminal cover – Cleaning of motor and terminal box by blower – Tightness checking of all three phases in the bus bar side and motor end terminals – Applying of grease in the bearing – After completion of work – Meggering the IR value of motor - Checking winding resistance – The motor put into trial run with load. (Conveyor – 14, 15 & 16) – 3 Nos.

LT Breaker 1250A & 3200A, 415V- Charges for the following work in ONE LT Breaker – rack out the LT breakers 1250A & 3200A, 415Vrange from the panel – Removing of its position – Removal of dust by vacuum cleaner/blower – Removing the arc chute cover – Removal of carbon deposits in all electrical component, moving and fixed contacts, Protection CT’s. with molykote. – Tightness checking of all bolt and nuts, Internal wiring with components – Lubricating the breaker mechanism – Reassembling the LT breakers – After completion of work, racked inside the LT breakers to the panel and put in service position and check the healthiness of the breakers and operating conditions. (Incomer Bus 4A, 4B, Bus coupler, Con 14 – 4 Nos. )

Power Transformer 6.6KV/433V/1600KVA- Charges for the following work in ONE No. Power Transformer–Removal of dust from the outer surface & between cooling fins of the transformer 6.6KV/433V/1600KVA by blower-Cleaning of earth resistance box and Bucholz relay, oil level gauge glasses – Checking of oil level and winding temperature and oil temperature indicator terminals in transformers & earth pit condition-2Nos

Pull Chord Switches -Charges for removing of pull chord cover, cleaning the switch by brush and then cleaning by CRC and checking the terminal tightness of the NO+NC contact and checking the operations of the switches for 82 Nos. in conveyors 14,15&16.

Magnetic separator panels -Charges for cleaning of magnetic separator panels by hand blower and brush, removing the end cover of the contactor, removal of carbon in all electrical components and cleaning the all contactors by CRC tightness checking of bolts and nuts & checking terminal tightness of all terminal points & measuring the flux value of magnetic separator– 1 No.

Storage battery set & Light fittings -Charges for cleaning 30V/80AH/HDP type lead acid storage battery set (15 cells) – applying petroleum jelly in the cell contacts – checking the terminal voltage – checking the specific gravity – filling up distill water at regular intervals – cleaning the LDB’s by blower, checking the terminal tightness, meggering the lighting transformer and cleaning of all lighting junction boxes and tightening the terminal, attending circuit faults, cleaning of light fittings and attending the fault and rectifying and laying of cables properly – 400 Nos.

Charges for opening the arc chute of power contactor in contactor panel box, removing the moving contact tips cleaning the contact tips. (both fixed and moving using molykote) (Electircal contact cleaner) of conveyor- 14.

Charges for cleaning the cable tray about the 2450 M length from JT-1 to JT-4, (Red gate) including junction tower 1,2,3,4 by using hand blower for removing the fine coal power deposited over the cable as a safety measure.
