Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

The increase in GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the contractor alone is responsible for delay as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

As per Karnataka State Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01-01-2007 and Government letter No PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards construction labour welfare fund.

The Item rates quoted shall include cost of Royalty charges on construction materials and other taxes as per the rates provided in prevailing Government Orders at the time of execution and including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, loading and Unloading with all lifts, labour, Hire charges of machinery and equipments etc, complete and all other incidental charges.

Constitutional or Legal Status of tenderer.

Qualification and experience of key Technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the Tenderer & those that are proposed to be deployed on this work if awarded.

Financial Year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and Thirty First day of March of succeeding year (both days inclusive).

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing e-Procurement (KPPP) Portal.

All materials required for this work, shall be produced by the tenderer himself and should be got tested by the quality control authorities, at his own cost before using for the work.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Eligible Tenderer will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity as (AxNx2.5-B), where, A is Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N is Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited. B is Existing commitments and on-going works to be completed

The construction materials (minerals metal, sand and murrum) shall be bought from the authorized quarries along with the mineral dispatch permit or else 5 times the royalty will be deducted as penalty as per the Directions on the Director, Mines and Geology Department Bangalore proceedings dated 25.03.2013.

The employer reserves the rights to reject one or all Tenders without assigning any reasons.

Each Tenderer shall furnish work execution programme bar chart for a working period of 06 months.

EMD Rs 58,580/- should be paid in favour of Executive Engineer PWD Division Sirsi through e-payment.

Work Completion period 06 months (Including Monsoon)

The tenderers are requested to abide instructions and conditions contained in the Standard Bid Documents -KW-2 and further orders thereon.

GST-18% shall be paid to the tender amount separately

Eligibility of Contractor is Class-III & Above

Tenderers shall obtain the Work Done Certificate in the prescribed format from the Competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer (District Level Officer) and Scan the original certificates and attach the scanned file to the tenders. The original Certificate shall be produced before opening of Financial Bid for physical verification.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his/her name should have in the last five years (i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25) achieved in at least two financial years an Average Financial Turnover of Rs.29.29 Lakhs (in all classes of Civil engineering construction works Only)

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his/her name should have in the last five years (i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25) Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work (at least 50% of the contract value), such as, One Single RCC Foot Bridge Work of value not less than Rs.14.64 Lakhs

If the rate quoted by the Tenderer is less than the Amount put to tender, then the difference amount should be paid in the form of FDR / BG/ DD/Call deposit(Period 01 year) in favor of Executive Engineer, PWD Division Sirsi. And the It should be submitted to division office at the time of Agreement.
