Drilling of 400mm dia bore by manual / mechanical system in all kinds of soils and bounders upto 100mm dia except rocky strata as per IS specification No. 2800-1991 (Part-I) including the cost of all consumable stores fuel oil, soil stabilizing material and transportation to the site of proposed bore and hack complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Upto a depth of 0 to 65 Mtr.

Supplying and lowering 200mm outerdia PVC blind pipe of 10 kg./cm2 working pressure as per IS:4895-1988 as amended upto date the pipe in 4 M to 6 M random length with required number of pvc sockets matching the pipe and made out PVC into bore hole in vertical position including cost of all scaffolding derricks, jim plates tools and plants ropes, M.S. clamps embedded in foundation etc. complete in all respect to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the work including cost of all cutting, jointing with jointing materials where required. Upto a depth of 0 to 30 Mtr. BGL

Supplying and lowering 200mm outer dia PVC slotted pipe of 10 kg./cm2 working pressure as per IS:4895-1988 as amended upto date the pipe in 4 M to 6 M random length with required number of pvc sockets matching the pipe and made out PVC into bore hole in vertical position including cost of all scaffolding derricks, jim plates tools and plants ropes, M.S. clamps embedded in foundation etc. complete in all respect to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the work including cost of all cutting, jointing with jointing materials where required. Upto a depth of 31 to 58 Mtr. BGL

Supplying and packing graded gravel of size as per ISI 4097/1988 as amended uptod ate and specification attached with this schedule of item of work. The gravel should be free from dust dirt or vegetable matters. Packing to be done from the housing pipe to the bottom of liner all around in the bore and will be placed after liner and housing pipes have been lowered and suitably clamped. Thickness and size of the gravel packing will be designed and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge strictly as per relevant ISI.

Supplying & fixing 219.10mm M.S. clamp as per IS: 226-1975, as amended upto date for serving the housing pipe and to be supported on two girders not less than 100mm x 150mm size & 2 Mtr. long each embedded in suitable foundations to the approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing PVC cap suitable for 200mm outer dia PVC pipes as per IS: 226-1975, as amended upto date, complete, in all respects to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Development of tubewell according to clause 9.3 ( Development of tubewells) IS: 2800 –1991 ( Part-I) as amended upto date and specifications attached including cost of all consumable stores, fuels, oil, compressors and pumps and other tools and plants etc. required for the job till establishment, stabilizing and discharge free from sand particles after 30 minutes using air compressor and pumps suitable rating. when development is done by compressor of 450 cfm, 250 PSI rating

Supplying, erection, testing and commissioning of submersible pumping sets as per BIS Specification No.8034-1989 (as amended upto date for pumps) and IS: 9283-1979 (as amended upto date for motor) the pump motor sets should be capable of pumping clear fresh cold water having Characteristics as specified in Clause-4 ot IS 8034/1989 and Clause 4.1 of IS: 9283/1979. Each pump motor set shall be supplied with joint free 50 M. double length PVC insulated and PVC 4mm2 or any other suitable size Sheathed flexible 3 core flat type submersible Cable of Finolex make and junction box for jointing of submersible Cable and Submersible pumping set. (i) 200 LPM/ 70 M. Head for T/Well (7.50 HP)

Supplying erection, testing of electric control panel board for Tubewells in pump chamber consisting of MS sheet of thickness 14 gauge duly painted box type floor mounted made of Angle frame containing 1 No. fully automatic air brake Starter suitable for 10.00 HP motor, Main switch of suitable range with HRC fuse, 1 NO. Volt meter (0 to 500 Volts), 1 No. Amp. Meter of 0 to 30 Amp. 3 sets of indicating lamp, Capacitor of suitable capacity and 1 No. single phase preventers with the timer switch including wiring in panel board and wiring from HVPN supply to panel board complete in all respect as per Specification given in Schedule No.II
