IDU of rated power supply-230V-1ph-50Hz. , 1no. ODU of rated power supply-230V-1ph-50Hz. Air-flow/per IDU:-(618-953) CFM.(H/M), Cooling coil and condensing coil must be made with copper.Including mending good the damages to original finish (Make- Mitshubishi Electric/Daikin/carrier).

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the above Concealed HAT type Air Conditioning systems with all necessary accessiores for hanging Indoor (with suitable clamps fixed on ceiling incl. fasteners) & Outdoor Units as per EIC :- For 2.0 TR Concealed HAT unit.

SITC of i)Copper refrigeration pipe line for liquid and suction line with hard drawn copper piping with supports & brackets---Cu. Pipes Liquid line dia 6.35 mm .with 9mm thick nitrile insulation.(make- Mandev/Royku/Hitachi)

SITC of ii)Cu. Pipes Suction line dia 15.88 mm with 13mm thick nitrile insulation.(make- Mandev/Royku/Hitachi)

DRAIN PIPING: Supply of laying of PVC / HDPE hared pipes with Insulation, fitting, accessories, bends, elbows, tees, flanges, tappings, wall sleeves, hangers, supports, anchors---25mm.Dia (Make - suprime/oriplast)

Construction of MS structure for instalation and future maintanance of Acs outdoor units made with MS C-Channel 50x50x75 mm 6mm thick, MS angle 50X50X6mm thick and 40mmX 6mm thick MS strip incl. grouting in wall and paintings as per direction of EIC. Drawing and design to be approved by the EIC.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core 2x4sq mm + 1X 2.5 sq.mm stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (KEI) through 20mm dia PVC rigid conduit 'FR' [Precision Make] on wall/beam/ceiling with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works as per direction of E.I.C.(from HTPN DB to OLP to 0utdoor unit of AC machines)

Finishing of the PVC insulated copper wire ends by socketing with pin type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc. including suppying sockets, tapes as follows-2X 4 sqmm + 1 X 2.5 sqmm.

Supply and Fixing OLP-3, 21 Amp A.C. machine Starter incl. 4 module G I box conceal in wall as required including connections.(Make - Electron)

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Brand approved by EIC), with plug top and switch with 2 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

S&F of aluminium powder coated contains grill with proper finishing (as per EIC) suitable for above mentioned concealed split type machine.

Providing cover the IDU units with incl. ACP sheets minimum thickness 4mm (with necy fixing accessories) (including provision for door for future maintenance of IDU units)(Designed must be appproved by EIC).
