Dismantling of Fencing Wire Mesh of any type and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire of 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts / struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion from concrete / brick masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild Steel Fencing Post and Struts, Channel, Angle or Tee Sections, fixed independently without connecting plates etc cut to ordinary lengths complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 by using 20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 Sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holds), in any type of soil, each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Hard core of broken stone of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using brick bat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 by using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Use and waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs of zebra blinds, Horizontal type, 75-100 mm wide with polyester fabric of approved colour and pattern with aluminium fittings, and top rail and nylon buttons / loops etc fixed cuttings and alteration if necessary wherever AC/ coolers exists complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also welding fastening and fixing complete Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel, Plain black sheet of 1.25 mm thick as in curtain to steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of New or previously untreated steel & Iron surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of any description over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting for channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of New or previously untreated steel & Iron surfaces and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer of any description over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar (1:6) exc. 6m mean radius using old size sub class 'B' bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking out shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each as doors, windows & ventilators etc. and removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frame exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each with shutters (W/out taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for anodised aluminium frame (minimum 50 micron powder coating) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F aluminium powder coating of any colour (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) door shutters, aluminium sections weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleat glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, aluminium snap beading screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F aluminium powder coating of any colour (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) window and ventilator shutter side hung type without sash bar, aluminium sections weighing 0.55kg/m incl necessary joining cleat glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, alumimium anodised snap beading, screws , peg stay 150mm long -1 No, hinges type B-21 100mm long -2 Nos, suitable handle -1 No complete all as specified handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, aluminium snap beading screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs aluminium grill of make thickness not less than 5 mm thick fitted in to suitable aluminium channel and fixed to windows / ventilators including channel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staple complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 5.5 mm thick frosted glass panes and glazing with oil putty or fix in aluminium door / window complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of 150 mm floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue andodised with hard drawn steel spring fixed in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs of double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box main body with stainless steel cover governing pivot made of brass other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs of 150 mm aluminium handles cast type anodised complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Post construction ATT treatment along the external wall on the junction of wall and floor below concrete or masonry apron using emulsion @ 2.25 litre per metre, 300mm apart and 300mm depth including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with white cement to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Post construction ATT treatment at points of contact of wood/wall paneling/partition board work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.50ltr /hole by drilling 6mm dia. Hole at a down ward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same with matching colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 by using 20mm graded aggregate) for floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick (minimum size 55 cms x 55 cms) over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slabs as in vertical surfaces such as risers of steps 20-25 mm thick over 10 mm thick cement rendering (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, mirror polishing also moulding edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Granite 20mm thick (of any size) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture or pigment to match with shade of granite old dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rounding to the edge of stone slabs on edge complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof & disposal of retrieved material upto a distance n.exc 100m where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance n.exc 100m, where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 80mm thick (average) consolidated thickness mud on flat roofs including 25mmthick mud plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2kg/sqm including cleaning surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles on mud mortar and joints ground flush and pointed in CM (1:3) mixed with crude oil @ 5% by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles on mud mortar and joints ground flush and pointed in CM (1:3) mixed with crude oil @ 5% by weight of cement on mud phuska but except brick tiles (old serviceable brick tiles to be reused after proper cleaning & washing) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning away all grass, vegetation, dry leaves, plant, roots of small plant, removal of algae etc from top of building roof surfaces if disturbed during removal of plants/plant roots etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for flush pointing in CM (1:4) including racking out joints/pointing to brick work or brick tile laid in floors or surface channels roof etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for making good broken edges of chajjas slabs, facing, fins etc in patches area not exceeding 1 Sqm of each patch, height upto 12 metre, with 15mm thick cement plaster and sand mortar (1:3) or with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, with necessary form work, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling bricks laid dry flat or on edge and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 by using 40mm graded stone aggregate of 75mm thick as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any tiles any size and shape factory casted with grey cement and pigment and conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade and joints filled with sand including 25 mm thick sand cushion complete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 by using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, sub base under interlocking tiles, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete block (1:2:4) type B-1 by using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Kerb stone, etc and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Demolition of RCC of any description such as Kitchen chimney, chajja, shelves, OHT Tanks. etc and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement:1/2 coarse sand:2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately.

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for gunniting to RCC works in column, beams, slabs, chajja, facia, landing, balconies etc by removing/ dismantling of RCC (loose concrete) including plaster and cutting of steel bar including plaster cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and applying epoxy, paint anti corrosive coating of minimum 40-50 microns thick with sikatop Armatec 108 or Colusal VL of MC Bauchemie to rusted steel reinforcement after removing cleaning all rust and supply and fixing welded steel wire mesh 75mm x75mm with 4mm dia steel wire as facies/drops and similar works etc and epoxy based or other equivalent suitable bonding against treatment to be carried out on old concrete surface with Sikadur 32 of Sikka. Nito bond EP of fosroc or equivalent (as per manufacturers instruction) to bond old and new concrete mixing @ 2% by weight of cement polycrete and providing gunniting with a minimum pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg/Sqcm and applying 25mm to 100 mm thick gunniting in cement mortar (1:2) (one part of cement and two part of sand) using ordinary port land cement of 43 grade over wherever required at any height, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surface shall be thoroughly scrubbing with. (ii) Additional reinforced TMT bars where incorporated in work and including 20mm thick cement plaster in (1:4) to be included in quoted rate. (iii) Work to be carried out as in patches as directed by Engr-in-charge. (iv) Rate for steel scaffolding as directed to be included in quoted rate. (v) All demolished material removed from MOD land completely.

Taking down loose cement plaster on brick, stone walls and concrete surfaces(except above mention in description 1 area) of any description/position etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick (10+5) rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete/gunniting surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete/gunniting surface as in ceiling finished even and smooth w/o using extra complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surface of walls to match the existing colour including preparation the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing newly surfaces of ceilings and applying three coat of white wash on new surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Steel rolling shutters of 1.25mm thickness of laths, without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated of gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully the hood of steel rolling shutter of size not exceeding 5 Sqm each for replacement of unserviceable/ defective parts and refixing in the same opening after cleaning of guide rails, laths, top cover by kerosene and proper greasing, oiling, replacement of rusted nut, bolts etc. removing of bend, alignment etc to make good the system and to made good the disturbed surfaces of walls including periodicals to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - (i) The unserviceable parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as "Supply only". (ii) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of providing missing nuts bolts, greasing, oiling, denting, tension to spring etc.

All as per item No 65 above but size exceeding 5 Sqm & not exceeding 15 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 1.25mm thickness of Steel laths or top cover bent to shape match with existing for rolling shutters without ball bearing including one shop coat of primer and erected in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Ball bearing of any dia for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of rolling spring for rolling shutter of size not exceeding 5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of rolling spring for rolling shutter of size exceeding 5 Sqm but not exceeding 15 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note: 1. All works to be carried out up to Approx 12 mtr height. Rates included to the necessary steel scaffolding required for execution of works upto Approx 12-20 mtr height from ground floor and disposal of all demolished material from out side the MOD land. 2. The work will be scatted in nature various buildings according to site and according location requirement and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
