Excavation in soil in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by all means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required line, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes to level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 302,303 and 1603 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all useful material to acquired width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transporation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and hauling /carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures. Recovery for usefull stone of 63.10 cum (sixty three point ten) cubic metre) @ 300/-cum (Rupees three hundred per cubic metre) only shall be effected from the contractor bill on pro-rata basis for the quality of cutting in earth work executed. Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. , including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts. The rate is including royality, Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification section 300 and 1600 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, filling of unevenness blind age and finishing the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.The rate is including royality, Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in foundation and plinth as per drawing and technical specification section 800, 1200 and 1600 for nominal mix 1: 4: 8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimeters) nominal size and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths and including the cost of form work in retaining walls, breast walls etcetera as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of materials, within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete in drains and grade M-10 ( M ten) per cubic metre nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement is to three sand is to six crushed stone aggregate 40mm(forty millimetre) nominal size) in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200.and to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.The rate is including royality, Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete in sub-structure for grade M15 (M-fifteen) design mix with cement contents not less than 275 kg (two hundred seventy five kilogram) per cubic metre and using graded/ crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete including cost of form work for plain concrete work in parapets as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800,900, 1200 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hauling/carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads ,lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including royality, Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete in sub- structure/open foundation for cement concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement isto two sand isto four graded/ crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size, and curing complete including cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in abutment of culvert etcetra as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hauling/carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads ,lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying (to level or slope) 900mm dia (Nine thousand millimeters) diameter reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipes IS Class NP-2for culverts in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1 : 2 ( One cement : two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, bedding concrete or first class bedding and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and MORD technical specifications section 11080, including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, Sale Tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing walls, return walls , R/wall complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 1203 and section 1604 , as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm (four millimetre diametre) dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm (one hundred millimetre into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 (ten) per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg (forty kilogram) each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301. injcluding leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.The rate is including royality, Malkana,Toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
