COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR AND MAINT OF JOINERY ITEMS, FLOORING, WALLS, PLUMBING SYSTEM, SANITARY ITEMS, TILING, ROOF REPAIR AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS MD AND OTM ACCN AT DUNDAHERA MIL STN, MANESAR CAMP, INDU BINOLA, 227 FD WSKP, 35 INF BDE SIG COY

Cutting of vegetable plant (girth not exceeding 300 mm) from roof, terrace, chajjas etc digging out the roots and making good the surface in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with surfaces finished to match complete including scaffolding etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of bricks/PCC tiles (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) on roof surfces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness, including plastering and leeping upto full height of bldg including necessary scaffolding arrangement complete (whether full thickness removed or only a part there of) and removing rubbish from cantonment area or as directed, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as over roof for making good depression/ undulation to make the existing roof surfaces as filling in depression of roof slab/ floor padding/ roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for priming roof surfaces and applying water proofing treatment over roof including preparation & cleaning of roof surface comprising of the following complete all as specified & as directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bituminous primer at the rate of 0.4 Ltrs/sqm as per IS 3384-1986 on prepared surfaces. Surfaces shall be kept free till the moment, the primer is impregnated and the solvent oil in primer is evaporated. (b) Applying one coat of hot straight run bitumen @ 1.2 Kg/sqm of grade 85/25 confirming to IS-73. (c) Laying 3 mm thick APP polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusible finish, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75 mm at sides and 100 mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer, all as per manufacturer's instruction including preparation of surface. (d) Finally applying two protective coats of bituminous aluminium based reflective paint to safeguard against UV, including preparing of surfaces of roof (second coat apply after 24 hrs or as per manufacturing instructions).

Supply only integral water proofing liquid ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1 - 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stop rounded,chamfered on edge or for slope correction, parapet wall coping etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1000 ltr capacity rotational moulded triple layered polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling water tanks of 1000 Ltr capacity complete all specified & as directed.

S&F 2000 ltr capacity rotational moulded triple layered polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling water tanks of 2000 Ltr capacity complete all specified & as directed.
