Providing, laying, spreading and compacting 100mm thick graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Item to include all materials, labour, machinery/equipments and incidental charges required to complete the job.including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) grade conforming to IS : 8887 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 Kg per sqm on the prepared bitumnious surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specfication clasue 503 including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 30mm thick (Forty millimetre) bituminous concrete with 100-120 (Hundred- hundred one twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading-II, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ minimum 5.5% (Five point five percent ) by weight of total mix material and filler, as per job mix formula transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specification 507 (5th revision). Item to include all materials, labour, machinery/equipments and incidental charges required to complete the job.including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
