Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and subsoils and to full depth as may be directed except hard tock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, depositing the surplus earth with initial lead and lift and clearing and leveling the site etc.(Ordinary soil in HGS SS.20.B) (Narrow excavation)

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with stone dust in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and consolidated complete with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with red gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and consolidated complete with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and consolidated with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two Sand and Four hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing for flooring using required equipments , curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers( Foundation and Basement)

Providing Vacum Dewatering for flooring in Godown and Verandah complying with standard specifications

Supplying and erecting centering for sides soffits and strutting For plain surface such as reinforced cement concrete slap "T" or "L" beam lintel bed block staircase waist slap , landing slap canopy etc . complete in all floors of any height.(The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor) the payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid (bottom only). For column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams,etc

(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Brick work in following Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality of Second Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" / Fly Ash Bricks of size 230mm x 110mm x 70mm including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction. For Foundation and Basement

Brick work in following Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality of Second Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" / Fly Ash Bricks of size 230mm x 110mm x 70mm including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction. For Super Structure in Ground Floor

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting the walls with two coats of Plastic emulsion paint over one coat of primer as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The colour and shade of the cement paint shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Supplying and fixing Mild Steel air inlet windows in position of size 1.22M x 0.60M with 40x40x6mm angle frame divide two part and protected with grills made up of 12mm square M.S. bars welded to form squares at 7.5 cm centres fixed in the middle and providing with weld mesh 25mm x 25mm, 10 gauge on the outside and provided with four long glazed shutters using 20x20x3mm thick frame with using 4mm thick glasses including 50mm x 6mm x 250mm long M.S. holdfasts 2 Nos. 4 Nos. oxidized steel tower – bolts 10mm long, 8 Nos. oxidized steel hinges 75mm and screws etc., complete

Supplying and fixing Mild Steel Swing and Fixed Ventilators in one frame in position of size 1.52M x 0.60M with 40x40x6mm angle frame (glazed) and one third part is swing ventilator at the centre portion of the ventilator with 2 nos of 16mm dia MS roound bars and fixed with wiremesh fixing with necessary weldings on the outer face etc., The frames to be provided with two numbers hold fast 230mmlong and the central hung glazed shutter with 14 OZ glazed panel and providing rings, hooks, 10mm rope etc., complete and painting the ventilator with one coat of primer confirming to standard specification and as directedetc., complete.

Suplying and fixing ( under lintel grove ) cold rolled Rolling Shutters of approved quality of 18 guage 7.5cm wide cold rolled lathe section in one piece inter locked together with specially desinged pipe shaft with adquate number of high tensile steel wire springs of approved quality complete with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking arrangements with push and pull operations and pulling back handle with all accessories in best workmanship and the entire shutter painted with one coat of redoxide primer and clear opening of 1.8m width, 2.60m height. The rolling shutter shall be provided with one pair of approved quality of ball bearing complete. Rolling shutter should confirm to I.S. 6248-1979 and should be got approved by the Construction Engineer before fixing. ( This specification consists of the following component materials required for erection of rolling shutter. 1) 18G 3" lathe section 1.90m long -- 29 nos. 2) 10G guide channel 2.6m long - 2 Nos. 3) 13G bottom plate for 1.80m long with angle. 4) M.S. Pipe 40mm dia 'C' class - 2m long. 5) 10SWG side plate 13"x12" - 2 Nos. 6) 2 SWG spring 3" bore 7) 'U' Clamp. 8) Ball bearing suitable for 2 1/2" pipe .

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on woks)

Fabricating supplying and erecting the Pre-engineered steel building structure using Galvanised structural steel sections, conforming to Grade 50 with yield strength of 345MPa baseplate, sag rods, struts including cleats to receive 'Z' and 'C' purlins, cutting, drilling holes, welding, grinding fixing the members with nessary bolts nuts, anchor bolt of approved quality, hoisting, aligning and placing the 'I' sections in position as per the design got approved from the department, fixing purlins with sag rods, supporting the purlinsfrom the beams on both sides. The welding should be done with submerged arc welding to full length. The rate inclusive of the cost of painting the memebers with one coat of primer of Zinc chromite and enamel paint etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers, etc., complete. The Godown Roof Truss of size 84.15 m x 22.25m including cantilever trusses of 1.80 m length and wall cladding with necessary back supports.

Supply, fabricating and erecting MS rectangular steel tube members for wall cladding with necessary bolts and nuts etc.., including paiting with 2 coats of enamel paint over one coat of zinc oxide primer etc., complete.

Supplying and laying of Profiled Colour Galvalume Sheet of TCT 0.47 mm and standard width of 1.060 mm with yield strength of 550 MPA of approved quality for roofing with necessary U or J bolts and unts bitumen GI washers etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers during execution of work

Supplying and fixing corrugated PolyCarbonate Sheet of size 6mm thick on the roof in between the colour coated Galvolume sheets for proper lighting with necessary screws and EPDM rubber washers, etc. as complete Complying with standard specification and as directed and specified by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying of Colour Gal volume sheet ridge pieces approved quality with necessary U or J bolts and nuts GI washers etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position 100 x 50 x 7.5 mm @ 9.4kg. channel for the face of RAT GUARD EDGING slab with MS bolts 16mm dia 45 cm long at 2m centres forming protection to the loading platform finishing in fllush with the slab with CM 1:3 ( One cement and three sand ) etc., complete including paintin the exposed surface of MS channel with one coat of red oxide primer.

Preparation of stack plan by using one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paint of width 100mm including cleaning the surface, marking, tape fixing, all labour charges, all material cost and all other incidential expenses etc.,

ROAD WORK

Providing, laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam with specified thickness specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing expansion joint at 6mtr intervels across the platform by cutting 6mm wide and full depth of concrete by coctractos own mechanical means and filling the gap with polysulphide sealent and adding admixtures recron 3s for crackfree construction at the rate of 125 gms pack per 50 kg of cement with all lead , lift and other incidental works etc complete and as directed by executive engineer.
