Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick for inner and outer wall surfaces including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&Ps, etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:3 10mm thick for all ceiling surfaces, all concrete surfaces, etc., including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&Ps, etc., complete.

White washing with two coats using white cement for concrete ceiling surfaces as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift, T&Ps, etc., complete.

Outer colour washing with two coats using ready mixed Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion (First quality - Apex or its equivalent) of approved quality and colour over a coat of exterior emulsion water based primer over exterior surfaces including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary crack filling paste, putty whereever required as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift, T&Ps, etc., complete.

Colour washing with two coats of first quality Plastic emulsion paint over a coat of plastic emulsion primer including applying two coats of Wall Putty paste of approved quality over the priming coat one coat by one coat and making the interior walls smoothly by scrapping with nice sand paper for interior surfaces as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials such as Plastic emulsion paint, Wall Putty paste, Primer, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift, T&Ps, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing casement doors fabricated from un plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.

Dadooing the walls with Joint free ceramic tiles of approved make, colour, pattern, quality and size over 10mm thick CM 1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement / joint grout in all floors for Bath, toilet for a height of 2.10m as directed by the Enginer in charge including cutting chase in walls wherever required, finishing neat including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing, T&Ps, etc., complete.

Flooring Anti-skid tiles of 305X305X6 mm size of approved quality, design & colour (Johnson or equivalent make) laid in cement mortar 1:3 -20mm thick including pointing with same coloured cement / joint grout, finishing the joints, including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing Screed concrete PCC 1:2:4 using 6mm HBG stone chips to an average thickness of 8 cm thick as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, curing, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing steel reinforcement of High strength deformed TMT Bars having characteristic strength of Fe500 N/mm² of ‘TATA’ or ‘SAIL’ make or equivalentfor for all RCC works including cutting, bending, binding, tying and placing in position including cost of steel, galvanized binding wire, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.

Supplying and fixing in position of 32 mm dia UPVC water line pipe of FINOLEX make or equivalent approved make and quality with ISI monogram as directed by the Engineer in charge for water line pipes including cost of all materials, all specials such as tees, elbows, shoes, special clamps, bends, screws, gratings, wooden plugs, etc., making holes in masonry/concrete, restoring the disturbed area to original condition, making water tight jointing with no leakage, labour, scaffolding, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of 25 mm dia UPVC water line pipe of FINOLEX make or equivalent approved make and quality with ISI monogram as directed by the Engineer in charge for water line pipes including cost of all materials, all specials such as tees, elbow, shoes, Special clamps, bends, screws, gratings, wooden plugs, etc., making holes in masonry/concrete, restoring the disturbed area to original condition, making water tight jointing with no leakage, labour, scaffolding, lead, lift, etc., complete.
