Micro-tunneling work with laying of HDPE pipe as per instruction of site Engineer and as per site condition with laying of UG cable including supply of as per IS:4984-1995 HDPE Pipe, 160 mm dia PE-80, PN-6 for drawal of 2 nos 33 KV UG Cable ,( for a R.L-2x6.6 Km) each with 4 nos 33 KV, single core, 1000 sq mm XLPE, Al. cable ( 3 nos to be run with "Trefoil" configuration and one no as spare) from Howrah 220 KV GSS upto the premisses of M/S KMRCL
Laying & dressing of 2 nos. 24F Armoured Fibre optical Cable through same trench/same aligment of the power cable as per technical specification & approved drawing as per instruction of the site Engineer. In case of laying of 24F armoured Fibre optical cable through cable and through Micro tunneling part, the same should be passes in the same HDPE Pipe of the spare cable (RL 6.6 KM X 2 nos.)

Jointing of cables by properly skilled, experienced & licenced cable jointer along with marking ready of jointing pit by excavation of soil for carring out straighy through joint and eng termination of 33KV single core 1000 sqmm XLPE cables at the strategic locations. Also making ready of jointing Pits with necessary arrangement of providing temporary tent, shonng, shuttering & bailing out of water from jointing pit Top & sides of the jointing sites are to be properly covered with Terpaoline/Polythene sheets and arrange for man power to assist the cable jointer. 1) 33KV single core 1000 sqmm XLPE cable outdoor End Termination cable Joint
