Taking up/down plants or vegetation growth from wall at any height by means of cutting hole into brick wall and making good the surface of dismantled portion (not exc 150 sq cm superficial area and not exc one brick depth) using brick bats /aggregate and plastering in cement mortar (1:4) to disturbed portion and applying two coats of cement base paint / weather coat to match the existing surface upto fourth floor complete all as specified and directed.Note:Necessary scaffolding required deemed to included in rates quoted.

M&L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along internal wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting holes in brick wall/ stone wall/ PCC block walls for inserting holdfast etc depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or cutting lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall exceeding 230mm but not exceeding 460mm thick in girth and making good disturbed portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L 16-18 mm thick granite (of any color and type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms, counter basins and like laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Granite to be used in treads shall be one piece with nosing at front and cutting two grooves alongwith nosing. Colour shall be of Lakha red, flamed granite or telephonic black as approved.)

M&L 16 mm thick granite both side polished for urinal partition/ vertical surfaces etc in cement mortar (1:4) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 2nd class Hard wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails sectional area exc 13 but not exc. 25 sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plugging to walls complete for 2nd class Hardwood fillets, grounds, moulding, boarding etc at distance n.exc 1 mtr in brick wall/ stone wall/ PCC block walling complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for Ist class hard wood moulding, cornices plain fillets section exc 6 Sqcm and but not exc 13 Sqcm ,square,rectungular or triangular in section ,clean sawn ,secured with nails or brads for unframed work fixed with screws (mouldings not exc 75mm girth with carving work including) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall panelling of any thickness any description complete all as specified and directed.
