Providing and laying 7.50 cm compacted thickness of stone aggregate of specific sizes 22.4-53 mm of water bound macadam specification incluiding spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 Kn in stage to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse brooming stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required dencity grading-3 as per technical Speicification clause 405 including cost of material, roller, cartage, loading, unloading, labour and all taxes complete or as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applyying prime coat with bitumen emulsion on prepaired surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Speicification Clause 502( including cost of maxphalt)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer complete as per Technical speicification Clause 503

Providing laying and rolling of open-grade premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of (Aggregate (a) Nominal stone size 13.2 mm ( passing 22.4 mm sleve and retained on 11.2 mm sleve 0.18 cum. (b) nominal stone size 11.2 mm (passing 13.2 mm sieve and retained on 5.6 mm sieve-0.09 cum) using VG-10 bituminious binder @ 1.46 Kg/sqm H.P.C./I.O.C. make complying with IRC:Sp 53 to required line, grade and suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN static roller capacity finished to required lavel and grades to be followed by seal caot of type C including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper comletion as per Technical Specification Clause 508 of MORD Specification.

Providing and applying seal coat type "C" comprising of a layer of bituminous binder followed by a cover of stone chipping of specified grading and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne KN Static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per technical Specification Clause 510

Providing and fixing of typical informatory sing board as per MORD specification and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6 mm thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25 mmX5mm size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angel Iron frame of 25mmx5mm. The angel iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be weeded to 2 No. 75mmX75mm of 12SWG. sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mmX600mm, 600mm below ground level. All MS will be stove e named on both side. Lettering and printing arrows, enamel paints of superior Quality in required Sade and color. all sections Of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coat of epoxy paint as per Drawing clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1.

(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 1st year maintenance cost @ 0.00%

(Item No. 01 To 07) The routine maintenance of above road work Including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost @ 1.00%
