BOQ ( Sch 'A') Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 Sqm and depth exc 50 mm deep but not exc.100mm deep complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of (Granite, trap or Basalt stone) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber with 8 to 10 Tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam laid with 4%binder contentpaving bitumin VG-30 by weight of total mix rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and compacted to required gradient and camber required.

Repair to pot holes of any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder @ 9.8Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed to true surface (including supply of premix macadam binder and chipping to uniform surface) using paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Material for premixed bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mixing plant.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (using bitumin VG-10) paving bitumen at the rate of 10 kgs per 10 Square metre of road surface, laying rolling consolidating bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (using paving bitumin VG-30 BY weight of total mix mixed in hot mechanical plant laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags/air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/track coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumin VG-10)@ 5kg per 10 Sqm and laying bituminous Premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thick with 5.5% binder content (using paving bitumin VG-30) by weight of total mix in hot mechanical plant laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 Tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified

Material and Labour for preparation of road surfaces , painting lines. marking lines dashes, arrows, letters etc on road pavement and the like of any width with using thermoplastic compound white paint hot applied 1.25 mm thick layer all as specified and directed. Note:- Marking shall be carried out with thermostat machine
