Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep for foundation and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 and external face of brick pointed flush in the same mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work in half brick thick with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:3 and external face of brick pointed flush in the same mortar complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.6 here-in before but using old serviceable bricks retrieved from against item no 5 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:4 and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mm reinforced conerete pipes,class NP3 and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 450mm reinforced conerete pipes,class NP3 and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for pipes of 300 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, coping, bed plates etc including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1: 2 :4 type B-O using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel finishing surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel deformed or twisted bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or FE 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels squares cut or notching attached to beam or tee confirming to Fe.410.Gde-E-250 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F SFRC factory made drain cover/ man hole cover size 1200mmx600mm and 70 mm thick, with steel flat frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F SFRC factory made drain cover/ man hole cover size 1100mmx550mm and 70 mm thick, with steel flat frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of open/covered drain and hume pipes of 300, culverts etc and the like of any type, size of any description for silt/ earth accumulated due to storm water and spreading the cleaned earth where directed. Note :- Cover slabs to be removed and refixed after cleaning with cement mortar 1:4 where covered drain exist complete all as specified and directed.
