Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : M10 grade concrete or 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. : Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position of RCC of grade M35 Concrete for walls and floors, columns, beams and slabs excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etc complete at all levels as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (minimum cement content 380 kg/cum + fly ash as per IS 456).

Structural Steel work welded in built up sections / tubular sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer (Zinchromite primer) all etc

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exteriorside, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre tocentre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S.tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in thescaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable conditionfor the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measuredfor payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of durationof scaffolding.

Brick work with Fly ash concrete blocks of class designation M100 in foundation and plinth in-Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)

Rough cast plaster upto 10m height above ground level with a mixture of sand gravel or crushed stone from 6mm to 10mm nominal size, dashed over and including the fresh plaster in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) and top layer 10mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

Labour charges for removing, cutting, welding, alteration and refixing in position of existing weld mesh / grill with additional MS clamps welded to the existing frame supports including tools and plants, welding rods etc., (The payment for addititonal structural steel work will be paid separately) complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in -charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

Removing of existing surplus earth, rubbish and garbage through the lorry/truck including loading, unloading and transporting to out side the IITM premises including approval from local authorities like municipality/corporation complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Necessary deduction for voids @ of 20% will be made from the actual measured volume of rubbish.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing Mechanical core cutting up to 300mm depth 75 to 150mm dia for fixing pipes air cleaning for cutting holes removing of debris and labour charges etc.., complete

Hire charges for engaging Tipper lorry for intercarting the available earth accumulated over the venue etc as directed by Engineer in charge. The rate including hire charges for Tipper, diesel, Driver bata etc., complete.
