REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT AND MISC WORKS IN CGRA COMPLEX OTM AT DHQ7 AND NEW TRADE CENTRE AT PARADIP

Demolition PCC/lime concrete(un reinforced) of any description from roof n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantlingof PCC tile plain of any size or thickness from roof slab, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 40mm thick providing cement concrete of type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note :water proofing compound cost will be measured separately) .

Material and labour providing 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note :water proofing compound cost will be measured separately) .

M & L for water proofing treatment including the entrire surface of the roof slab shall be cleaned thoroughly to remove all loose particles and laid over hot blown grade industrial bitumen 85/ 25 @1.20 Kg/ sqm over bitumen primer @0.50 litre/ Sqm. Over hot blown grade bitumen 85/25, APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg / Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms / sqm) land on primed surface by forced application shall be laid over entire roof surface and vertical surface utpo grooves as applicable (or as per manufacturers recommendation) with overlap of 100 mm . The overlaps shall be sealed by flames or as per manufactuerers instrucitons. A coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm shall be applied over APP based polymeric membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC tile plain of size 300×300×19/20mm machine made laid over and including 15mm thick screed plaster in cement mortar(1:4) complete and compound and jointed pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Providing, cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on external surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on internal surfaces of brick wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
