Material and Labour for servicing of split type AC unit of any capacity/any make by removing dust with suitable method, cleaning of air filters, tightening of loose wire, nuts, bolts, washers, servicing of condenser motor/ blower, by oiling, greasing, required welding/bracing, replacement of worn out rubber bushes of condensor motor, setting of grill alignment & knobs, Checking for any leakages, provision of thermocoal for air tightness, testing etc all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for painting the outdoor unit of split AC of any capacity/any make and its stand by synthetic enamel spray paint as existing colour and writing MES No all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable blower motor from the Split AC 1.5/2 Ton unit and M&L for rewinding of blower motor, single phase, with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge including replacement of gunmetal bush of suitable size, cleaning, greasing and refixing of motor, connecting up all including testing and refixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement blower motor 1/10 HP, 1350 RPM suitable for Split type AC 1.5/2 Ton out door unit single ended or double ended shaft as per existing one complete all as specified and as directed. Make: AUE/ Marathon Electric or equivalent

Removing the unserviceable compressor from Split type AC and supply and fix new compressor suitable for 1.5 Ton split type A/C all including fixing in original position, connecting up, testing, gas charging, pressure testing, cleaning, condensing and cooling coils, welding, bracing and also including required length of capacity tube and strainer/filter and painting of base plate complete all as per existing one and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Kirloskar/Mitsubhishi/Bluestar/Tecumseh or equivalent

Removing the unserviceable compressor from Split type AC and supply and fix new compressor suitable for 2 Ton split type A/C all including fixing in original position, connecting up, testing, gas charging, pressure testing, cleaning, condensing and cooling coils, welding, bracing and also including required length of capacity tube and strainer/filter and painting of base plate complete all as per existing one and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Kirloskar/Mitsubhishi/Bluestar/Tecumseh/Voltas or equivalent

Supply and fix in repairs copper piping (suction and discharge) and power cable including the thermal insulation all as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix drain pump suitable for casssette type Split AC 2 TR including taking down the defective drain pump complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Bluestar/Voltas/Godrej

Supply and fix in repair indoor cooling coil made up of copper tubing and copper/aluminium cooling fins all as per sample and as suitable for 1.5/2 Ton capacity split type AC all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Supply and fix in repair condenser coil made up of copper tubing and copper/aluminium cooling fins all as per sample and as suitable for 1.5/2 Ton capacity split type AC all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Supply and fix in repairs room sensor all as per existing one and suitable for 1.5/2 Ton capacity split AC complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Bluestar/ LG/Voltas

Supply and fix in repairs printed circuit board (PCB) complete including controlling unit (ie Remote) all as per existing one and suitable for 2 TR cassette type Split AC complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Voltas/LG/Blue Star

Supply and fix in repairs receiver PCB complete including the chords suitable for 1.5/2 TR Split AC all as per existing one complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Blue Star / LG / Voltas

Removing the unserviceable condenser fan motor from the Water cooler of 40/120 Ltr capacity and Material and Labour for rewinding of condenser fan motor of capacity 1/30 or 1/32 HP 1350 RPM single phase, with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge including replacement of gunmetal bush, cleaning, greasing and refixing of motor, connecting up all including testing and refixing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Servicing and cleaning of the water cooler 40/80/120 Ltr capacity by removing dust with suitable method, cleaning of water tank, inlet and outlets including leak proofing/ repairing of storage tank, necessary repairs to wiring of the water cooler unit ie, internal wiring connections to compressor, condenser motor etc., supply and replacement of damaged hinges, nuts, bolts, clamps, washers, screws, tightening of loose parts, servicing of condenser motor by oiling, greasing, required welding/bracing to the any part of the water cooler, repairs to chromium plated drain tray, replacement of worn out mounting rubber bushes of condenser motor/compressor, setting of thermostat, relay, knobs, checking for any leakages, scrap out rust and dust from body of water cooler complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Cutting, removing the old, rusted base angle iron frame and MS sheets not exc 0.30 M high of chasses cabinet and S&F angle iron and required MS sheet 2 mm thick suitable to the base of storage type water cooler body of 40/80/120 Ltr capacity all including cutting, welding, bending, shaping, grinding, drilling and making good, supply and fixing of nuts, bolts, washers as per requirement and Painting of Complete water cooler unit including compressor, condenser motor with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for servicing and repairs to voltage stabilizer of capacity 4KVA/5KVA of any type including checking the PCB control board,suitable 220/240V transformer, replacement of time delay relay, indicator lamps socket combination 5/15 Amps, plug tops, cut outs to rectify the defects all as directed. Note: Spares shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items unless otherwise specified.
