Note :- 1:- Removal of Existing componants of following MES Pattern Furniture Item's Carefully without disturbing the adjoining Parts and S&F new componants as mentioned below. 2:- The Furniture Article received from occupants/users units subsequently issue for necessary repair/maints to the contractor through nominal issue voucher (NIV) mentioning the date of issue duly signed by the contractor. The contractor shall return these furniture articles after completion of necessary repair work on or before 30 days from the date of issue and nominal receipt voucher shall be prepared dully signed by furniture I/C, BSO and contractor. 3:- Generally the periodicity for issue of furniture from BSO yard shall be once or twice in a month (reckoning from date of commencement of work as per W.O No 1 ) subjected to the users requirement /availability of furniture for repair works. 4:- Work will be executed where the Furniture Item's exist in different user unit's of BSO GE ( South) Secunderabad including Furniture yard of BSO South Sub Division.

Removing of old unserviceable nylon newar from existing charpoy GI pipe, tightening of loose components of charpoy and S & F new ply top of 12 mm thick ISI Marked BWR Grade phenol bonded both side commercial with suitable size 5mm dia 65 mm to 75 mm long half round head stainless steel nut and bolts with washer 08 Nos fixed on long rail, short rail and stiffner after making the holes with drill machine complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fix New MS Flat stiffner of size 900mm X 25 mm X 5mm dully painted with Black Colour synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer (two nos of each Charpoy) fixed with nut and bolts complete all as specified & as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable broken long rail of Charpoy and S&F New Long Rail GI pipe 32mm dia, medium grade dully threaded on both end as per existing drawing complete all as specified & as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable or broken short rails and fixing of new shorts rails made of old unsv/broken long rails, obtained from Ser No 03 above and all as per drawing complete all as specified & as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable or broken legs of charpoy and fixing of new legs, made out of old broken short rail obtained from S No 04 above and welded, GI Shoes made from 5mm thick round MS Plate of 40 mm dia dully painted with Black Colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as required in legs of charpoy as directed.

Removing of old unsveriveable missing wooden gutties or MS round plate from the legs, and welded GI Shoes made from 5mm thick round MS Plate of 40 mm dia dully painted with Black Colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as required in bottom of legs of charpoy as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable/broken Elbow and S&F new 03 way GI Elbow of 32 mm dia ISI marked and complete all as shown on drawing and (Weight of each elbow shall not be less than 420 gm ) complete all as specified & as directed.

Removing of old unsveriveable broken GI hexagonal chuck nut and S&F new check nut of same size and 08 to10 mm thick complete all as specified & as directed.
