Distempering the old walls and ceiling one coat with best oil bound distemper of approved quality including preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, cost of brushes etc., complete

Re Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. Painting Two coats of Old Iron works such as steel doors, windows, , window bars, balustrades, etc, with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats, etc., complete

Suplying and Fixing of 1200mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped Regulator as per standard specifications.

Supply and fitting of single box type 4'40w flu fiting complete with copper choke and condensor with conduit pipe sispension from the ceiling with PVC unsheathed copper leads etc., complete.Tube Light

CONSTRUCTION OF TOILET

Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard stiff clay soil and hard gravel soil as per standard specification SS 20 B for narrow foundation

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification.

RCC 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone M.Sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10 mm. thickfor ceiling including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone M.Sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
