SH-I:- Manpower for Operation & Maintenance Annual operation and maintenance of 33KV Substation, LT Switch gear panels ,1500KVA DG Sets, Synchronizing Panels. 25KVA DG set at DVOR, Fire fighting and fire alarm system , Escalators & Elevators, Nav-aid, GLF system, External & Internal lighting works in NITB, Admin Block , Airport Premises , CISF barrack accommodation, Cargo building, PTT, AAI Colony, Navy Area etc. on 24hrs x 7 days including Saturday, Sunday and other holidays at Goa International Airport by deploying most suitable manpower as specified as required as per Annexure-I

SH-II:- Rewinding & Repair Works Refilling of Mech.Form fire extinguishers (50 ltr. Trolley mounted) to the required qty to get the specified weight within tolerance limit including packing ,freight ,insurance etc., and handing over to the stores in good condition as and when required.Work to be carried out on as and when required Basis.

Refilling of 4.5 Kgs. carbon dioxide fire extinguishers to the required qty to get the specified weight with in tolerance limit including packing ,freight ,insurance etc., and handing over to the stores in good condition as and when required.Work to be carried out on as and when required Basis.

Refilling of 5.0 Kgs. ABC (powder type) fire extinguishers to the required qty to get the specified weight with in tolerance limit including packing ,freight ,insurance etc., and handing over to the stores in good condition as and when required.Work to be carried out on as and when required Basis.

Refilling of 09 litrs. WCO2 fire extinguishers to the required qty to get the specified weight within tolerance limit including packing ,freight ,insurance etc., and handing over to the stores in good condition as and when required.Work to be carried out on as and when required Basis

Rewinding of various type of Monoblock / Submersible water / sewage pump, motor etc. of following capacity as and when required including all other associated works like bearing replacement, shaft works etc. complete as required.

Providing of one number Non AC Commercial Vehicle ( Bolero/Tata Sumo) with a driver for 1500 Kms on 12 hrs a days including holidays, Saturdays and Sundays for daily inspection of dedicated cable and carry out other maintenance works of PTT ,Navy Area, AAI Colony, CISF barrack accommodation etc. alongwith fuel and all other necessary consumable, repairing & Servicing etc.

Providing of one number Motor Cycle with ISI marked full faced Helmet for 1000 Kms on 24 hrs a days including holidays, Saturdays and Sundays for daily inspection of dedicated cable and carry out other maintenance works of PTT ,Navy Area, AAI Colony, CISF barrack accommodation etc. alongwith fuel and all other necessary consumable, repairing & Servicing etc.

Annual servicing of HVLS Fans which includes cleaning, Alignment & Leveling, VFD parameters check and setting, Oil Change, other diagnosis etc. through OEM.
