M&L Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M &L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges,valley complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip, wall cladding and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip, wall cladding and straight flashings (measured as the minimum rectangle from which the piece can be cut) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing new zinc (or galvanised) surfaces to recieve painting , by coating with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxided zinc chorome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillet complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 4mm thick, plywood, grade BWR,type BB, fixed with nails to timber frame work on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasterners with and including ceiling section ( not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre complete including hangers 4 mm dia G I (upto 1200 mm length ) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards decorative type fixed/laid to GI frame work complete all as specified and as directed.
