Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling of hold fast and steel door frames etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made pressed steel frames of size 125x60mm made out of PBI sheet 1.25 mm thick for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinge,lock strike plate etc.complete including bottom of each chowkat to be welded with 02 Nos 25x3mm thick Flat iron projecting 10cm on either side & tarring back of chowkats and hold fasts including filling hollow portion of frame with PCC type B-0 1:3:6 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate etc.) complete all as specified & directed.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

35mm thick 2nd class soft wood (kail) plain, framed, panelled door shutters (two number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of 12mm thick veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers, complete all as specified & directed.

35mm thick 2nd class hard wood Glazed and skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc. size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality over a coat of pink primer,complete all as specified & directed.

Galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56 nominal dia of wire and average width of aparture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples, complete all as specified & directed.

Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified & directed.
