Dismantling wall/ceiling boards (fibre, insulation etc ) or insulation boards, slabs, blankets any thick ness including cover fillets cmplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for seamless designed gypsum board false ceiling 12mm thick including for any sunk or raised moulding with 25mm long self drilling/ tapping screws having philips head with joining compound and 48mm wide fiber tape to provide seam less finish and including GI frame work of seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flange of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm c/c intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm c/c with GI cleats and steel expansion fasteners with and incl ceiling section ( not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thick having kurled web of 50mm an flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting across the intermediate channel at 457mm c/c incl hangers 6mm dia GI adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete and finally applying two coats of oil bound distember with roller finish over a coat of chalk whiting primer cmplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling 605mm x 605mm using aluminum anodised sections as specified in SSR Part I 1991 including cutting, drilling, jointing etc complete including provn of 3-6 mm dia GI hangers wire suspenders fixed with adjustable connectors and providing 4mm thick E-boards of approved make, 605mm x 605mm size duly applied with two coats of oil bound distember over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wood boarding,panels,beams or any description, fixed any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18mm thick designed rubco hut rubber wood frame shutter for cupboard, WHB counter cupboard, wall with finish to match all adjoining surfaces including sanding and applying mixture of filler and NCD thinner (Sheenlac make), pasting chalk putty, applying sealer (Sheenlac make) and wall nut colour stainer and finally applying waxpol (Silicon make) complete all as specified and as directed. Make of Rubber Wood members : RUBCO/ India Wood or equivalant

M & L for preparation of new/old wooden surfaces and applying melamine polish through the process of sanding with wood sanding paper of size 60 & 80 and applying wood filler mixed with NCD thinner including applying wood putty on shabby/ nailing area and sanding with sand paper of size 120 and applying sealer and walnut colour stainer and sanding with sand paper of size 320 and melamine polishing with spray application and again sanding with 400 sand paper and finally applying silicon of make Waxpol with soft fine cloth for better shining and finishing complete

M & L for 18mm thick HDF boarding (Fire & water proof) as in cup boards exterior grade with one side white lamination and other side coloured prelaminated, size of the cabinet as per requirement of the site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : bajaj/ Axis/ Greenply/ Amnchidply / or equivalent. Note : (i) Cutting edges of cupboard shutter/ shelves to be finished with adhesive edge binding tape all as directed.
