Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water upto 4 storeys of building etc and disposed off unserviceable materials to out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering of ready mix mortar having ratio equivalent to CM 1:6, on brick work or concrete surfaces on wall and finished the surface even and smooth as a whole or in patch work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : SIKA / Dr Fixit / Ascolite or equivalent as approved by GE. Note : White cement shall be used as per site requirement as directed by EIC.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering with ready mix mortar having ratio equivalent to CM 1:3, on concrete surfaces as on ceiling, soffit of stair case, chhajjas facia etc including cement slurry etc finished the surface even and smooth as a whole or in patch work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : SIKA / Dr Fixit / Ascolite as approved by GE.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in ready mix mortar having ratio euaivalent to CM 1:4, on brick work or concrete surfaces on wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed as a whole or in patch work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : SIKA / Dr Fixit / Ascolite as approved by GE. Note : 1. White cement shall be used as per site requirement or as directed by EIC. 2. rendering upto 4 storeys building height complete all as specified and water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Washed stone grit plaster in on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings and including forming grooves of uniform size wherever required complete all as a whole or in patch work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. White cement shall be used as per site requirement or as directed by EIC 2. Rendering upto 4 storeys building height complete all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : FOSROC

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of wall & applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion (OBD) white or tinted by Spray / Aerosol Paint with Spraying machine including two coats of wall care putty to achieve smooth and even surface over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L applying three coats of white wash by Spray / Aerosol Paint with Spraying machine on newly / old plastered or unplastered ceiling surfaces including preperation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for applying two coats of cement based paint by Spray / Aerosol Paint with Spraying machine on newly /old plastered or unplastered wall surface over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall / surfaces by grinding machine/angle grinder, washing down with water and after surfaces dried applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion (OBD) by Spray / Aerosol Paint with Spraying machine over a coat of primer incl two coats of elastomeric wall care putty to receive smooth surface on walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall / ceiling surfaces by grinding machine/angle grinder and scraping down smoke soots moulds, moss and efflorescent salts over old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls incl cornices etc and applying two coat of exterior emulsion weather proof paint by Spray / Aerosol Paint with Spraying machine over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall / surfaces by grinding machine/angle grinder and scraping down smoke soots moulds, moss and efflorescent salts over old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls incl cornices etc and applying two coats of cement based paint by Spray / Aerosol Paint with Spraying machine over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old floor surfaces such as chequered tiles or interlocking pavers etc. by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, mounds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and washing, rubbing down with water and apply FLOOR GUARD APEX WATER BASED ACRYLIC EMULSION paint by Spray / Aerosol Paint with Spraying machine complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Preparation of old decorative (plastered or unplaster surfaces) and applying one coat of white (lime) wash by Spray / Aerosol Paint with Spraying machine on wall surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 14 above but on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (white/ tinted) by Spray / Aerosol Paint with Spraying machine on walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 15 above but on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B’ brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 35 mm thick Type C0 (1:3:6) (12.50 mm graded aggregate) set in CM (1:4) Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, including all mouldings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L in repairs for 35 mm thick Type C0 (1:3:6) (12.50 mm graded aggregate) set in CM (1:4) Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, including all mouldings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for chequred cement concrete coloured tiles size 20cmx20cm/25x25cm/30x30cm x20-25mm thick with cement and no pigment in floors etc set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for road side kerb stone with factory made Precast cement concrete block of mix 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Rolled mild steel in roof trusses Circular pipes/ RHS/ SHS Sections/ Angle Iron Sections , etc., (framed), trussed, fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections including cleats, brackets etc) conforming Fe-410W(Gde-E-250 quality 'B' , incl dismantling of wrought MS work of any nature complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (TCT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to walll fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs 4.0 mm dia galvanised steel chain link wire mesh and pitch of mesh 65 mm , fixed with MS angles and 35 mm X 5 mm wide MS strip and necessary nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : MS angle amd MS strip will be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in post holes each not exc. 0.50cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth in layers not exc. 25cm watering & removing surpius soil to a distance n exc. 50m & making good surface in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with outher painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n. exc 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Writing of letter with reflective tape of white/yellow colour, over reflective tape of blue engineering grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for road sign airforce symbols etc printed on reflective tape of engineering grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Writing by 304 grade Stainless steel 1.0mm thick 40mm raised incl fixing on ACP or granite complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fabrication and erection of structure on any shape as in repairs (round, Oval or box type) for 3 mm thick Aluminium composite panel cladding made of Aluminium channel (25x50x1.6 mm) with cleat angle (8x18x2mm) necessary hardware with backup material and weather sealant to make joint leak proof and supply and fixing of 3 mm thick pvdf coating Aluminium composite panel complete in all respect of Indo bond or equivalent make as per approval of Engineer In-charge. Spacing of the channel along the length should be approximate 2’ or as permanufacture instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair factory made SFRC manhole / drain cover (Grade M-25) heavy duty cover slab in rectangular shape of size as required, 80 mm thick incl MS sheet 2 mm thick and 80 mm wide all around the cover complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any type, gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type hooks or cranked bolts in roof, walls etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for APP based modified pre fabricated five layer, minimum 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.60 Kg per Sqm water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester mat 160 gm per Sqm black finished over Bitumen solvent primer @ 0.4 Ltr Sqm conforming to IS-3488, membrane laid by torch application method side overlap of 75 mm and end over lap of 100 mm wide, joint / overlap sealed with torch applications for parapets etc the membrane taken up to 30 Cm than inserted inside the parapet after making necessary groove and making good the damage wall as required after necessary preparation of the surface over 10 mm thick CM 1:3 complete as per manufacture’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) laid as in padding 50mm thick over roof slabs for providing proper slope including finishing surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete Removal of old APP membrane from brick tile/ concrete surface & preparation of surface to recived primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the debris out side defence land from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 20mm th Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, WHB counter and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl cutting for WHB etc over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified double charge ceramic tiles 9 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc over 15 mm th screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 47 above but in dado over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(20mm graded aggregate), 25mm thick as in sub base to the tile flooring complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 15mm thick screed in CM(1:6) laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
