Supply of tiltable type high strength marine garde aluminum preimeter light pole having round shaft of 2.4 Mtr height,minimum 7AWG thick & 3" dia, removable FRP pole endcap, 2 Nos. Al detachable bracket of 250mm length at 55 degtee inclination with integral arm of 50 mm dia, 150mm span & reducer of 28mm dia,100mm length,16mm thick tiltable base flange with capsule hings match drilled for fitment with pole with 6 nos. fixing SS hardware and 4nos. L type steel foundation bolts of designated length with nuts i/c pre-drilled holes for fitment of bracket,cap,suitable holes for cable entry & exit in pole shaft,cable passaage in bracket,provision for eathing connection,spray aluminum finish painting to pole & bracket,black epoxy painting to base and suitable to design wind speed of 208 KMPH for ground level installation etc complete as required and as per specifications.

Supply of 1x25Watt LED perimeter light fixture,CCT 5700K, cool day light with all accessories including powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housing having effective heat sink for heat dissipation,heat resitant toughened tempered glass with gasket and SS clips to ensure ingress protection, LED's are provide with secondary lens optics to get optimum optical performance, driver designed with built in surge voltage,open/short circuit protections and suitable to works 230V,50Hz, AC supply etc and suitable to fixing on perimeter light pole etc. complete as per tender specifications.

Supply of 4CX 25 Sq.mm size 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured Aluminium conductor cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part 1) amended upto date etc complete as required.

Supply of 50 mm outer dia. ISI marked HDPE pipe as per IS:4984:2016, of rating PE 80, PN 10 etc. complete as required.

Supply of HDPE DWC Pipe of ID:38mm & OD:50mm as per confirming to IS:16205 amended upto date etc complete as required.

Supply 'loop in' and 'loop out ' outdoor type cable junction box made of polycarbonate having size 300mm x 150mm x 170mm(LXBXH),IP 66 protection, Halogen free,weather proof,silica free and suitable for entry & exit 4Cx25 Sq.mm cable of perimeter light pole etc complete as required.

Erection of aluminum light pole with bracket upto height 2.4 Mtr on existing foundation with fixing of existing grouting ascessories of pole i.e base plate,anchor bolts,nuts system during cc foundation work i/c alignment,tightening,painting of existing foundation above the ground level numbering of pole etc complete as required as directed by EIC.Job excluding of C.C. foundation work.

Installation,Testing & commisssioning of 25 watt LED perimeter light fixtures with all accessories on the existing bracket of Al Perimeter light pole including making connection from loop cable junction Box to fittings by 3Cx1.5 Sq.mm. PVC insulated & PVS Sheathed copper conductor flexible cable etc. complete as required.

Installation,Testing and Commissioning of 'loop in' and 'loop out Polycarbonate Cable Junction box and secured with proper holding clamps,nuts,bolts on existing aluminium perimeter light pole at suitable height i/c inside the box supply & fixing suitable 4way x 100A stud type power bakelite connector for termination of 4Cx25 Sq.mm Al cable, earth terminal,6A,10 KA, SP MCB (1 No.) mounting on din rail for installation with connection, alignment, tightening etc complete as required.

Laying of 50mm dia. DWC/HDPE pipe including coupling,splicing of pipe in existing trench for the protection of cable etc complete as required as directed by EIC.

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. 4C x 25 Sq.mm(28 mm).

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC/HDPE pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ pipe/ cable etc as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand Zone (III) derived from natural source : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural source) of specific grade in foundation of perimeter light pole,feeder pillar,Cable Chamber etc including form,shuttering,finishing work etc complete as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand Zone (III) derived from natural source : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural source) of specific grade in foundation of perimeter light pole,feeder pillar,Cable Chamber etc including form,shuttering,finishing work etc complete as required.

Providing 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) at all levels.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete as required.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing brick work (in width 225 mm or more) with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) at all levels.

Excavation for cable trenches/foundation of depth upto 1.2 m in soft soil including refilling of getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 50 metres as directed by EIC.

Excavation of hard rock for cable trench including cutting the bituminus/concrete surface getting out and disposal of excavated soil within a lead of 50 metres as directed by EIC.

Demolishing/Cutting cement concrete/road bitumins by manually/ mechanical including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as directed.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work.
