Supply and fixing in replacement LT Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 100 mm height 65 mm dia for 1100 volt grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement shackle type, porcelain, insulator for working pressure 1100 volt with hardware fitting bolt, washers, nuts etc height 100mm dia 115 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricating and fixing in repair mild steel cross arms bracings supports, D-clamps, back plates, clamps fabricated from structural steel section such as angle iron, channel, plate and flats etc including bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size including two coats of synthetic aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of steel surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking out all electrical connections from LT panel and taking out the cable loop of any size of cable & checking the cable thoroughly including cleaning , cutting & removing the defective portion including provide new Alu lugs and re-fixing the cable in LT panel and relaying cable loop properly and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of Alu lugs, labour for earth work deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Repairs to LT panel board any size outdoor/indoor type by removing the U/S door hinges and S&F new door hinges of suitable size by welding including levelling the door by removing bends/dents and aligning the door for proper closing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting with spray pump of LT panel Indoor/outdoor any size any type from outside with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint (colour approved by Engr-in-Charge) over a coat of red oxide and cleaning of LT panel MCCB's terminals and LT panel from inside with air blower and waste cloths complete all as specified.

M&L for painting to LT MS tubular Pole 8.5/9 mtr long with two coats of synthetic enamelled aluminium paint with synthetic enamel paint over prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing and alignment of existing 11 KV GOD by cleaning the contact / pin insulator with CTC & applying the petroleum jelly at the contact, replacement of jumpers as required ,adjusting the down rod links for smooth operation including replacing the rusted/ corroded bolts & nuts and defective insulator / contacts /copper strip of GOD as required at site. Disconnecting all the electrical connections from H.T.and L.T. side of unserviceable transformer of cap above 160 KVA to 500 KVA i.e. Jumpers/cable from the cable end box or bushings & earthing terminal of the transformers, loading and unloading of transformer & transportation by vehicle from substation to the repairing workshop including reinstallation, commissioning and testing complete.

Opening the transformer cover rating up to 160 KVA along with the conservator by removing the nut bolts then after removing the internal HT.& LT connections by taking them out by removing studs, bushings, taking out the core-winding assembly out of the tank of transformer having ratio 11/0.433KV, draining & decanting of transformer oil and cleaning of sludge deposited in the tank with CTC for the transformer. Heating of core winding assembly in hot chamber for 48 hours and remove all the moisture present in it , removal of leakage of tank if any by welding, refilling transformer oil in to the tank after dehydration / filtration and checking of dielectric strength of oil , after putting the core-winding assembly into the tank, reassembling making the internal H.T. & L.T. connections by fixing the studs, bushings, fitting the top cover by replacing cork sheet gasket along with conservator, testing the transformer in the workshop duly filled with oil, all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : U/S items required for repairs shall be measured and paid under relevant item of this schedule. Transformer oil if required with die electric strength not less than 40KV either new or filtered shall be filled and shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L for Repair to Radiator assy by disconnecting the radiator from engine frame and servicing/cleaning with acid and brazing where required to stop leaking tubes/joints etc. cleaning fins and refixing the same for DG set 160 KVA to 250 KVA all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the defective alternator of 160 KVA DG Set from the existing foundation and from Engine after removing all electrical connections, transporting to approval/ authorised / directed workshop, opening and taking out burnt winding, cleaning the stator assy and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge as per original manufacturer and applying insulating varnishing of 'F' class, baking in oven reassembling the alternator, transporting back to site re-installing the same position, carrying out alignment of complete DG set connecting up all electrical connections testing and commissioning complete. Note : (i) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be included of making good the disturbed surfaces. (ii) The DG set shall be tested on load as per rated capacity for the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling the defective alternator of 160 KVA DG Set from the existing foundation and engine after removing all electrical connections, transporting to workshop rewinding the burn out coil complete with super enamelled copper wire, applying insulating varnish of 'F' class, baking in oven, reassembling the alternator, transporting back to site, reassembling the same carrying out alignment of complete DG set, connecting up all electrical connections, testing & commissioning complete .
