Dadooing walls with ceramic tiles of sizes 300mm X 450mm X 8mm size of approved make and quality and colour Set in cement mortar 1:2 (One part of Cement and two part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Supplying and laying in flooring with fully polished synthetic jet black colour Leather Finish granite stone of 20mm thick of 4' x 2' in size laid over base layer of cement mortor 1:3 20mm thick and applying cement slurry & pointed with white cement and colour pigment to the colour of stones and polished neatly as per directed

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills for Windows using 12mm square rod with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.
