SCH 'A' PART-I: BUILDING/STRUCTURES Note: This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col 6 signifies this fact only

Construction of Block of Explosive stores (containing 08 Nos stores) including VIFTs, RCC retaining walls, sand filling and earth filling and Hard standing complete all as shown in drawings and as specified. Notes : (i) The above item consists of 08 Nos explosive stores with VIFTs and RCC Retaining walls as per layout shown in drawing No CEPZ/2024/ANR/01 Sheet ¼ . Structural details of the same shall be followed as per Drawing Nos CEPZ/2024/ANR/01/STR sheet 1/3 to 3/3. (ii) The structures have been designed considering Safe bearing capacity of soil 27 ton/Sqm as per Note No. 10 of Drawing No CEPZ/2024/ANR/01/STR sheet 1/3. GE shall check the soil parameters for all explosive stores before commencement of work. In case there is variation in Safe bearing capacity of soil, the case shall be referred to the Accepting officer (iii) Road as shown in drawing shall be measured and paid separately.

Construction of Static Water Tank of 2,25,000 litre capacity complete all as shown in drawing No. CEPZ/2022/DR/STR/01 sheet 6/6 and as specified.

Construction of Sentry Box Type 'A' complete all as shown in drawing No. CEPZ/91/TD/21M sheet 1/1 and as specified.

NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part II to VIII items have been Prepriced by MES and the Bidders shall insert their lumpsum cost in green field under Column-6 only.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IX (MISC B/R AND E/M WORKS)

M&L DN 100 mm bore ductile iron pipe with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class DI-K7 including cement mortar lining with portland slag cement as per IS 455:1989, metallic zinc coating as per Annex 'A' of IS 8329 and finishing layer of bituminous coating as per Annex 'C' of IS 8329: 2000, suitable for and including rubber gasket joint, confirming to Is 8329: 2000, ISI marked, in any length, laid in trenches including jointing and pressure testing, washing out complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L CI / DI fittings and specials such as Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.), Tee pieces single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs, connecting pieces one end flanged and other end socketed or spigot ends or all socketed / spigot ends etc. suitable for CI / DI pipes upto 150 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Cast Iron Sluice valve class PN 1.6 of size 100 mm dia, double flanged and drills, heavy duty, steel spindle operating wheel confirming to IS-14846 with and including nut, bolts, washers, rubber gaskets with matching flange, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing 100 mm dia pipe for inserting Tee of size 100 x 100 mm including lead joints and necessary excavation and earthwork etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing 150 mm dia pipe for inserting Tee of size 150 x 150 mm including lead joints and necessary excavation and earthwork etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Construction of Fly ash bricks masonry valve pit chamber of size 1.20 x 1.20 x 0.90 mtr (depth) outer dimensions with 15 cm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 over 15cm thick hard core, 23 cm thick fly ash brick wall built in cement and sand mortar 1:4, 15mm thick internal plaster including 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 bedding, 5 mm thick MS sheet cover with 40mm x 40mm x6mm MS angle iron frame fixed in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) coping with 25mm x 6mm flat iron hold fast with handle and locking arrangement including necessary painting steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, excavation, earth work, returning & filling in type of soil and disposal of surplus soil at a distance of not exc. 50 m, complete all as specified.

Supply, install and erect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded poles complete with MS base plate 6 mm thick and of size 450 mm x 450mm, finial taper, plug, pole cap, bolts, nuts & screws etc., pole made out of ERW M.S. tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-II type 410 SP- 31 (9.0 metres long) swan neck including drilling of holes of required numbers and size for fixing of cross arms and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer over the exposed surface and applying two coats of black bituminous paint over the embedded portion of pole in concrete, painting three signal red colour bands at lower portion of exposed pole starting from pole cap each band of 300 mm height at 300 mm spacing, painting pole number by black paint in stencilled letters/figures of 8 cm height, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and PCC for foundation and coping will be measured & paid separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A'.

S&F PVC insulated and overall PVC sheathed, stranded copper conductor wire 1.50 sq.mm x 3 core ISI marked complete and provided and connected from fittings to pole junction box, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light fitting 60/65 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with IP 66 ingress protection with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP opening separate driver compartment and impact resistance of IK08 with 4 KV in built and 10 KV external surge protection device, high / low voltage cut off, open / short circuit protection and high power factor including fittings and connecting new street light on pole bracket and suitable size 40mm dia GI light grade mounting pipe; complete all as specified an directed.

S&F Pole junction box sheet moulded compound (SMC) type with hinged door and locking arrangement of size 200 x 140 x 95 mm (internal) comprising 10 Amp aluminium bus bar, 240 Volt, neutral link and 01 No MCB single pole of capacity 6 Amp 240 Volts and one number heavy duty connector block of polycarbonate body with 4 terminals for loop in & loop out suitable for three phase street light system including nuts and bolts and connecting up complete with MS clap fabricated from 25 x 3 mm flat iron, nuts, bolts and washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement outdoor cubical feeder pillar box / LT Panel suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 Hz system, suitable size powder coated, weather, dust and vermin proof, factory fabricated, totally enclosed, front opening door type, IP-54 class protection, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet metal outer and 2 mm thick for inner compartments conforming to IS: 8623, panel shall be of suitable size for housing bus bars, LT switchgears and measuring instruments, frame made out of MS angle iron frame made out of 50x50x6 mm cut to size, welded, bent to shape, cubical fabricated truly to box type, hinged panel board opening handles, locking arrangements, provided with sufficient circular holes at the bottom sheet for entry of plated cable glands and aluminium lugs suitable for incoming and outgoing cables, provided with PVC rubber bushes to spare holes, including internal wiring in the panel with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade IS 694 marked or PVC sleeved copper strips of appropriate sizes but not less than 2.50 Sqmm, including provision of PCC platform and grouting panel legs in PCC block so that the bottom of panel shall be at minimum 45 cm above ground level and 45 cm embedded in concrete, all accessories prewired complete with danger notice board with and including the following controls and accessories:-

(a) Aluminium bus bar 200 Amp capacity for Phase-R-Y-B and 100 Amps for neutral mounted on epoxy based insulator installed with coloured sleeves - 01 Set (3 Phase and 1 neutral)

(b) Incoming - 4 Pole MCCB 63 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 volt with rupturing capacity 16 KA with adjustable thermal and magnetic settings including connection with bus bar - 01 No

(c) Outgoing- MCCB 32 Amps Four Pole rupturing capacity 16 KA including connection with bus bar = 04 Nos.

(d) Multifunction Digital square type intelligent panel meter to measure voltage, current, frequency and Power factor = 01 No

(e) LED phase indicator of Red, Yellow and Blue with back up HRC fuse = 01 Set of 03 lamps

(f) Automatic street light ON/OFF timer of capacity 240 V single phase of 16 Amp rating with contactor fitted inside steel enclosure = 01 No

(g) Panel wiring with suitable capacity of copper conductor cables of 1100 V grade.

(h) PCC foundation 1:3:6 type C-1 of suitable size as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTES:

(i) Panel shall be manufactured by the reputed manufacturer who is possession of type test certificate by CPRI not older than ten years.

(ii) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of complete excavation and earthwork in any kind of soil as per site requirement.
