REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF EARTHING OF HANSA TECH AREA, HANGERS, ATC, SIMULATOR AND CONNECTED WORKS INCLUDING EARTHING, PIPELINE CONNECTING FROM EXISTING PIPELINE TO EARTHING PITS AT SOUTH SIDE TECH AREA UNDER AGE E/M - I OF GE (NW) VASCO

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard/dense soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying UG cable / errection of poles all as specified.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in soft/disintegrated rock getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified.

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing/PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe/cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick.

Removing excavated material of soils from site to a distance not exc 50mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point.

Supply and lay Double walled corrugated pipe (DWC) confirming to IS 14930 heavy duty 63/50 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe including required accessories etc. complete as specified and directed.

Supply and lay Double walled corrugated pipe (DWC) confirming to IS 14930 heavy duty 110/95 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe including required accessories etc. complete as specified and directed.

M & L for LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade 70 Sq mm, 3½ core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098(Part-1) complete including taking down old unserviceable as specified. Note :- (a) Excavation, Concrete cable protection cover, pipe, PCC work for road crossing/hard standing and Sand for cushioning will be measured and paid separately. (b) Cost of glands, aluminium cable lugs (eye lid/barrel/bottle neck type/ ring type or any shape), new nut, bolt and washers of required size/ description are deemed to include in this rate.

M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip size 20 x 3 mm thick by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earthing strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt etc & earth work in any strata, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and lobour for Servicing of earth pit structure by disconnecting earth strip by opening nuts and bolts 4 pole structures LT/HT including checking all joints, jumbers etc for any loose connection, replacement of burnt jumber with new one, replacement of rusted nut bolts and apply petrolium jelly for all moving contacts all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- All the spares required for the work is included in the quoted rate.

M & L for removing vegitation, grass, scrubs and bushes or any small tree branches growing in Sub station yard along with fancing, around the pole, under the HT/LT transmission lines, yards or any description by manually / mechanically and keep the sub station yard neat and clean complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted deemed to include to keep the installation neat and clean through out the period of contract and each cleaning will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Cutting and trimming of tree branches 3 mtr all around of any size obstructing lumination of street light and touching LT/HT Over head line incl removing trimmed tree branches all as directed.

Taking out of existing submersible pump sets of any capacity incl column pipe carefully from the existing bore well of depth up to 80-100 meter by using tripod and chain pulley etc, for repair/flushing purpose and reinstallation of submersible pumps sets in the bore well after repair work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for flushing out carefully in the existing bore holes of INS Hansa tech area premises of 150 mm dia carefully by high air pressure air Rig vehicle to remove the silt/mud from the cloumn pipe strainer/bore hole's wall upto the depth of 80-100 mtr depth to obtain clear water/till entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
