Upgradation of Approach Road, Storm Water Drain and Compound Wall in front of Port User Building at J N Port

Excavation for roadway in earth, soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts upto a lead of 50m. and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed.

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately etc. complete.

Providing dry/ trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss rubble stone soling 15cm to 20cm thick including hand packing and compacting etc. complete.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to worksite, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader/ Paver on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401--Plant Mix Method and Grading - III Material

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate ( natural sand/ VSI grade finely washed crushed sand) conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, , cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant/ Weigh batch mixer, transported to site with all leads and lifts, laid with a paver with electronic sensor /by suitable means as approved by Engineer-in-charge , compacting with vibratory roller, finishing, curing and including preparation of subgrade surface if required etc. complete.

PQC Providing and laying in-situ M40 Grade unreinforcemened plain cement contrete payment over a perpared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate (natural sand/ VSI grade finely washed crushed sand) conforming to IS 383, using fine and coarse aggreates combined gradation as per table 6000-3 of MORTHS pecification 2013, mixed in a batching and mixing plant/non tilting mixer and weigh batcher as per approved mix design, admixtures, transporting to site, spreading, laying with approved make paver, compacted and finished in a continuous operation, finishing to lines grade as directed by Engineer-in-charge abd curing compound/ by providing cement vatain cement Mortar 1:8 @ 0.6mx0.6m center to center, admeasuring 80mm at bottom and 40mm at top with depth of 75mm and maintaining the same through out curing period by any other method approved by Engineer-in-charge (Incluidng rates for separation membrane, Groove cuttings, Joint sealent-Polysulphate, Tie Bars & Dowel bars and steel etc. complete.

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M15 of trap/ granite /quartzite /gneiss metal for foundation and bedding / steps including steel centering, formwork, laying/ pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface, only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.), with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M-25 of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. pardi of required thickness including steel centering, formwork, cover blocks, laying/pumping, compacting and roughening them if special finish is to be provided and curing complete. (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel).with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADAenabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete.
