Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep & getting out for laying of pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick layers of soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m to a distance & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning with clean dry sand to cables with layer of sand 8 cm before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I

Supply and laying of class B bricks for under ground cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old unsv sewage pipe of any size any description complete with fittings from trenches including burning out joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for DI pipe line 200 mm bore (certifugally cast) class 'K7' (ISI Mark) in any length with spigot and socket ends as per IS 1536-2001 jointed with lead joints and laid in trenches or in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for DI fittings of size up 200 mm bore bends (any radius and angle) Tapers any type, (straight, bend , increasing,decreasing or double socket etc)Tee pieces single branch. `Y` junction , double branch cross (all socket or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs etc.as per IS 9523-2000 complete all as specified and directed. NOTES : (a) DI fittings shall be of same make as of DI pipes and bear ISI stamping. (b) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately. (c) Cost of joints and jointing materials shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective items.

M&L for Mechanical flexible (Rubber gasket) joint for 200 mm bore DI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for sluice valve PN-1.6 (ISI marked) confirming to IS-14846-2000 with brass spindle and fly net flanged both ends and drilled for jointing, wheel head type including nuts, bolts, washes & 02 Nos rubber insertion packing etc for 200 mm bore pipe as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for sluice valve PN-1.6 confirming to IS-14846-2000 with brass spindle and fly net flanged both ends and drilled for jointing, wheel head type including nuts, bolts, washer & 02 Nos rubber insertion packing etc for 100 mm bore pipe as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for CI/DI check valve of 200 mm dia with provn of two end spoigot and sockete suitable for rubber tyton joint and one end flanged fixed with removable MS plate incl ,rubber gas kit,nut,bolt ,washers,and making suitable fixing arrangement to spigot and sockete DI 200 MM dia pipe as in repairs etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: DI fitting will be measured and paid separetly if any required.

M&L for construction of brick masonary valve pits,of internal size 120x120x100cm (depth of chamber to be recokoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top of MS cover) of chamber with and including MS sheet cover fabricated from 11 gauge MS sheet and frame of angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm with fixing arrangement hinges and locking arrangement and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS cover and frame including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation brick work in cement mortar 1:6, 15 mm plastering in cement mortar 1:4 both internally and externally 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified.

M&L for trench less cutting (passing 200 mm dia DI pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of bitumen road and making good with same materials complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95.0 sq mm 3.5 core as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

All As per item No 17 here-in-before but of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S& F for as in repair PVC insulated ,unsheathed copper conductor cable 16 Sq mm ,3 core , flat in shape suitable for submersible pump motor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm bore cast iron water tubing class B flanged ends centrifugully cast and drilled fixed on wall with suitable size of clamps / laid in floor as in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of submersible non clog sewage pumping set,single stage, vertical end section ,with chrome steel impeller and cutter (including guide rail and lifting chain) capable to discharge not less then 1200 LPM at 15 metre head,of suitable HP( Not less then 15 HP OR 11 KW) with electric induction motor AC 3 phase 415 Volt, 50 HZ, discharge size 100 mm, solid partical size 80 mm having free flow impleller and acessories recommended by manufacturers, including making connection from starter to motor etc complete. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : submersible cable will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply & fixing as in repairs FASDS(fully automatic star delta starter) enclosed in sheet steel enclousure Factory made suit able for sewage non clog pump set but not less then 15 HP , 3 phase 415 volts, 50 Hz incl provn of single phasing with CTs , Voltmeter&Ammeter with slector switch,LED Indicator,On & Trip indicator, with TP MCB 'C' curve 3 phase Short circuit protection , fixing arrangement on wall etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : C&S/ABB/ BCH/seimens or equivalent makes specified in Appx 'B'.

Supply & fixing as in repairs FASDS(fully automatic star delta starter) enclosed in sheet steel enclousure Factory made suit able for sewage non clog pump set but not less then 12.5 HP , 3 phase 415 volts, 50 Hz incl provn of single phasing with CTs , Voltmeter&Ammeter with slector switch,LED Indicator,On & Trip indicator, with TP MCB 'C' curve 3 phase Short circuit protection , fixing arrangement on wall etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : C&S/ABB/ BCH/seimens or equivalent makes specified in Appx 'B'.

Supply and fixing motor protection unit three phase 415 volt , 50 HZ ,automatic phase sequence corrector automatically correct inut reverse phase, single phase protection, LV, HV, LIV, Auto of loft, timer, Dry running under & over current, unbalancing ,float switch with built in CTs (Automatic-RTM) as in repair complete all as specified and direcsted. Make: SECO or equivalant in seimens/scheneider/c&s or equivalent makes specified in Appx 'B'.

M&L for disconnection & taking out to defective non cloging submersible pump with motor for sewage system of any capacity 12.5 HP along with column pipe of any size upto 20 mtr (maximum) long and lowered the same after repair to motor / pump along with existing / replaced column pipe, and re- connection for three phase AC Supply and tested at site to the satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 25 here-in-before but of capacity 15HP complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling to existing unserviceable submersible pump motor of 12.5 HP,3 phase ,440 volts, 50 Hz, 2900 RPM and rewinding to motor with PVC insulated copper winding wire including sleeves, thimbles& minor spare parts like as bronze bushes , gland packing etc and re-assembling to the same motor after repair work . complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 27 here-in-before but of capacity 15HP Note for item No 25 to 28 :- (i) Repair / replacement of pump /motor / column pipe / rubber gasket / Nut bolt and washers shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule ‘A’. (ii) Transportation to defective motor / pump from well to work shop and vice-versa shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of above items and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (iii) The cost of T&P required for taking-out, lowering to submersible motor / pump / column pipe shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of above items and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (iv) Defective spare parts except winding wire and bronze bushes etc shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item, No 29 to 34 here-in-after.

Supply only thrust bearing housing along-with thrust bearing plate for sewage submersible non clogging Pump 12.5 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 29 here-in-before but of capacity 15HP

Supply only for water seal & adopter (Set of two) Mechanical seal suitable for sewage submersible non clogging Pump 12.5 HP complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&Lfor PCC 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for Thrust block with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for energy saving LED Flood light 150 to 160 watt luminaire with high power LEDs lens of beam angle of 120 degree,luminaire made of pressure die cast aluminium body with built in heat sinks, enclosed with toughened glass including separate compartment for cable and incl sealed /compact driver for easy access during maintenance,suitable for operating on voltage 120 - 270 volt,AC,50 HZ,covered with Surge protection of 10 KV , out put Luminous efficiency not less then120 Lumen/Watt , CRI more then 70, conforming to IP 66, protection class 1 complete all as per Manufacturer's specifications including suitable size of twin core cable for connection and GI Bracket made of 40 mm dia medium grade pipe with suitable MS clamp made from MS flat of sizee 50x6 mm and other fixing arrangement at sewage well/poles or on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dewatering/ desludging and removing STP/ sewage sump (any size and depth) sludge/sewage waste as in foul conditions and removing of sludge beyond STP and deposited in borrow pits including excavation of borrow pits and covered with 10cm thick layers of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Dewatering/ desludging shall be done by suction pump/any mechanical means and disposal by truck mounted trailors to dispose off sludge etc beyond MOD land earmaked by local Muncipal Corporation.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate, electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 25x4mm as earthing lead covered with 40mm bore GI pipe light grade by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, connected to earthing test point, earth plate electrode surrounded by mixer of common salt and charcoal dust, including 20 mm dia GI watering pipe 'medium grade', funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with CI cover fixed on angle iron frame and excavation & earth work all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR (Part-I) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Length upto 7.5m of GI strip is inclusive in unit rate.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade in trenches for protection of cable 50 mm dia bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Tubes 25 mm bore, ‘medium grade’, ISI MARKED, galvanized with all fittings and fixed complete laid in trenches or walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Tubes 40 mm bore, ‘medium grade’, ISI MARKED, galvanized with all fittings and fixed complete laid in trenches or walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Tubes 50 mm bore, ‘medium grade’, ISI MARKED, galvanized with all fittings and fixed complete laid in trenches or walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Fabrication and fix mild steel black sheet 6mm thick conforming to FE 410-W( Gde-E250 quality) for valve pit chamber cover including cutting,welding, two nos holes,1 No lifting hook and grouting one side with MS fasterner/ Peg in valve pit, wall/mild steel frame, provn of locking arrangement and making good disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for spreading and levelling crushed stone aggregate 63 mm, 150 mm average thickness around transformer , two pole/four pole structure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the area of sewage plant outdoor/ indoor installations by cutting and removing jungle sturts, roots, bushes plants small trees etc and deposited to n.exc 50 mtr to 100 mtr out side installations complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of rolled mild steel duct cover made out 7 mm thick of plates (plain or chequred) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, handle with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing LED type solar street light fitting with following features/specification:- 1. Luminaire:- Aluminium housing LEDs for light source optics with high effeciency driver & MPPT charge controller, Excellent heat dessipation IP 65 protection, High birghtness and high efficiency of more than 120 lm/W new age LEDs, individual peanut optical lenses for uniform light distribution system output: 2200 Lm. 2. Solar Panel:- Polycrystaline solar cells. 3. Battery:- Tubular construction, 12 V 100 AH, 75% depth of discharge, galvanised battery box 3 days autonomy, long life, weather proof, long back-up ideal for cloudy conditions. 4. Pole:- Galvanised pole, Rigid and safe, corrossion free length 5/6 mtr. With optimum thermal management and heat sink design and microprocessor based charge controller and led driver maximizes the performance of panel & battery complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing CI pipe line 200mm bore both end flanged or spigot or socket jointed incl burning of joints of lead wherever applicable complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Excavation and earth work measured and paid separately).
