The platforms shall be fabricated from pre-galvanized steel sheets with anti-skid surface, and the supporting columns and structural members shall be made from heavy-duty structural steel with powder coated finish for corrosion resistance and durability. The work shall include provision of all electrical controls, PLC-based logic control system, cabling, wiring, earthing, civil foundation bolts and embedded parts, interconnections and accessories required for safe and efficient functioning of the system. The agency shall provide detailed mechanical and structural drawings, load calculations, as-built drawings, and complete working/operation and maintenance manuals in both hard and soft copy at the time of handing over the system.
