Fixing only single/twin fluorescent light fitting suspended 25 cm bellow the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp whose one side fixed on ceiling with sutable size 4 nos. fastener and other side connected with the conduit with suitable size of bolts and nuts incl. S&F EI conduit, “L” type (125mmx125mm) 6mm thick and 25mm with MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated wire and mending good damages to original finish and painting etc. by 2x24/0.20 mm (1.5sqmm.) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mt. length, as per GS.

Supply & delivery of 1200 mm sweep 230 volt AC Ceiling fan incl. Fixing only ceiling fan complete with blades, canopy, fork, rubber bush etc. incl. S&F connecting wire for down rod upto 30 cm incl. painting the rod with approved paint and making necessary connection as required by 2x1.5 sqmm flexible copper wire, as per GS.

Supplying & Fixing Endura LED Bulkhead light fitting (Make - Philips cat no. - WT202W LED6S CW PSU S3 PC/Havells/Crompon/Surya/BAJAJ) on wall/ceiling as per GS.

S & F of LED recess mounted 18 Watt free unifoem illumination (>100 Lumen/Watt) with longer life & less maintenance. Make: Philips, model- DN296B LED20S-6500 PSE WH S2 or similar spec of Crompton/Havells/Surya as per choice of EIC.

S & F of 25 Watt 5 mtr. Length LED Strip light (>100 Lumen/Watt) with longer life & less maintenance. (Make: Philips/Crompton/Havells/Surya/BAJAJ) as per choice of EIC.

Supply & Delivery of 1.1 kv gradeXLPE-armoured AL. cable, as directed by EIC. (Make -Gloster/KEI/Polycab/Havells/RR KABEL) as per choice of EIC. c) 4 Core 25 Sq mm.

Laying of cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : c) Do and Do…4 Core 25 Sq.mm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. c) Do and Do…4 Core 25 Sq.mm

Dismantling charges of existing electrical items at ground & 1st floor incl. tube lite fittings, switch boards, ceiling fans wall bracket fans, DBs, wires etc.
