M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 30 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with paving bitumminous primer VG-10 grade and putting 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete with 5.5% paving binder content VG-30 Grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller for pot holes exc 30mm depth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 Sqm and depth exc 50mm but n. exc. 100mm and stacking complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), in two layers of 75mm thick each using limestone, sand stone, flintz or quartzite stone aggregate, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 3.00 above but except aggregate complete all as specified and directed. (Old aggregate shall be used as obtained under relevent item of this BOQ)

M&L for preparing WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 grade @ 10 Kg per Ten Sqm on WBM surface and applying 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% paving bitumen binder content VG-30 Grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE. (ii) The binder content specified is minimum. Any variation in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to Government. (iii) Premixing shall be done by using Hot Mix plant and laying shall be done by using mechanical paver. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cat eyes ABS body with scratch and abrassion resistant, micro prismatic, polycarbonate and ultrasonically welded lenses, temperature resistance body of size 90x110x17mm fixed on road with bituminous adhesive as per manufactures instruction having resistant creamer coating and reflective surface complete all as specified and directed. M&L for cleaning dirt, oil/ grease spots and foreign materials etc, from road surface and applying 2.5mm thick thermo plastic (retro reflective) road marking paint for marking white traffic lines, straight or curved, having clear and sharp edges over road surfaces by using thermo plastic paint applicator machine and necessary T&P, including cleaning of roads surfaces, heating the paints within temperature limits specified by the manufacturer, making proper arragement for traffic during operation etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make: Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger Paints. NOTE: Thermo plastic paint material shall consist homogeneously composed of pigment, resins and glass reflecto rizing beads in required proportion as per MORTH specification and conforming to relavent IS.

S&F in repair solar stud alumininum alloy powered with high efficiency solar monocrystalline solar panel (2.4 V/0.3 watt) one Ni-MH or Ni-cd rechargeble battery (1.2V/1600 MA) with 6 super bright LEDs, with 10000 to 18000 Mcd (Milicandela), dimension-125mm x125mmx25mm (shank 60mm) including adhesive for fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Dark eye Model DHRUV or Sinar Infrasture or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles (paver block) of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc including sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete including tiles if any of any size not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, sub base and mass concrete including taking down existing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick M-40 grade factory made rubber moulded factory made vibratory compacted cement concrete interlocking paver block approved design and colour conforming to IS 15658-2006 with gray cement and pigment (coloured) as approved laid over on sand cushion and joints filling with sand complete all as specified and directed. Note:- consolidated thickness of sand cushion shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for 80mm thick M-40 grade factory made rubber moulded factory made vibratory compacted cement concrete interlocking paver block approved design and colour conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved laid over on sand cushion and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed. (Except tiles) Note:- consolidated thickness of sand cushion shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for 25mm thick sand filling under Interlocking paver block, floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid (except aggregate matrial), rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using binder (paving bitumen VG 30 grade) with 4% by weight of total mix all as specified (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) all as specified in particular specifications. Note:- (i) The quoted rate shall be worked out on the basis of binder contents (bitumen VG-30 grade) of 4% by weight of total mix. (ii) Work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE and less bitumen shall be deducted from the quoted rate.

S&F in repair speed bumps high resistance to severe impacts and hard weather conditions made of sturdy plastic (black/yellow colour) & UV Stabilizers, studded with reflectors on either side complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Dark eye Model No. DA 1004/Sinor Infrastructure/3M/Avery denson.

M&L for PCC Type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, benching, edging concrete for paver block, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc complete all as specified and directed.
