Taking down copper/aluminum point wiring (light fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switch, sockets, ceiling rose, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings, wooden boards, bell push, call bell, regulators etc (credit scheduled for above items should be made as per condition separately) and making good to disturbed wall and surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv earthing of any type and size but M & L for Renewal of Earthing with new earth electrod comprising of connected items like Earth electrode 17.2 mm dia 3 meter long of low carbon steel electrode with copper bonding of thickness, environment friendly backfill and suitable clamp, Back-fill earthing enhancing compound should strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. Back-fill compound shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole. Test Certificate as per as per IEC : 62561-7 for Back-fill compound shall be submitted along with the material including SS clamp to be provode both side complete all as specified and directed Note - (i) Earth electrode should be applicable Standards IS: 3043, IEC 62561-2 & IEC 60364-5 and made of High Tensile steel rods copper bounded, High tensile strength,good electrical conduction & effective performance and suitable for all type of soil and provided minimum distance 3 Mtrs. This is than gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness only will be considered for paymet.

Material and labour for cutting of metallic road/ hard standing/hard rock/wall up to a size not exceeding 20cm width and not exceeding 60cm in depth for laying of protection pipe for cable including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1, 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate upto existing surface level or removing the any type of tiles carefully and refixing properly as per existing surface including suitable size of GI pipe (if necessary) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: 1. If damaged/broken the any type of tiles while removing, the contractor shall replace the broken tiles with new one.2. Disconnecting/Taking down defective storage type electrically operated water heater/geyser including disconnecting the water pipe (Cold and hot water) and electrical connection after unscrewing from the wall mounted hold/fastener etc. from the existing location and cleaning /descaling of scale formation in geysers inner tank assembly by means of scrubing with wire brush etc. including cleaning salvents etc and reassembling the geyser end plate/inspection plate and refixing in original position by hanging screwing with necessary nut bolts and washer and connecting up waters mains (Hot and cold) and necessary electric connection and testing on completion for proper working up to the entire satisfaction of user for its proper performance all as specified and directed.

Taking out the unserviceable heating element of capacity 1.5 KW of any make and S&F new heating element of capacity 1.5 KW all as specified and directed. Make : Roxy/Power Pack or equivalent.

All as per Serial Item No. 101 above but of 2 KW for geyser upto 50 Ltrs capacity. Make : Roxy/Power Pack or equivalent.

S&F in replacement of thermostat cut off switch suitable for electrical storage type water heater (geyser) upto 50 Ltrs complete all as directed. Make : Girish/Roxy/Klick

S&F in replacement of heavy stainless steel connection pipe with brass union fitted at both end suitable for connection to 15 mm GI pipe, 450 mm long for hot water including 01 No PVC washer on both ends.

Supply and install connection testing commissioning of electric Geysers of capacity 25 Ltrs single phase 230 V AC incl required nut and bolts PVC water connection pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for using 2.5 sq mm single core copper conductor FRLS cable of multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket combination point including necessary running of 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common eath dolly with approved colour coding as per ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of white/ ivory colour including all accessories after chasing in wall/ceiling etc, heavy duty ISI marked, with GI sunken boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered with modular white cover plate with frame suitable for modular switches all as specified and directed for the following :- (Note- Modular cover plate of any module with all fittings are included in point wiring.) Contractor should make good even distributed wall/surface as before.

All as per Serial Item No. 129 above but with copper conductor cable for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amp independent board with cable 4 Sqmm including one run of 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor as earth continuity wire, all as specified and directed.

M&L of Spray Painting of geyser after removing old paint and making surfaces smooth for repainting with super enamelled paint of same tint as of original all as required at site of any capacity.
