E-Tender for Complete overhauling of both Main Engine, Make-Cummins, Model No -NT 855 M, ESN No- 25416237 and 25416236 of SL Jahnavi for F.Y.2026-27

Scope of Work (Indicative): Complete dismantling of both engines and thorough cleaning of all major components. Inspection of the engine block, crankshaft, camshaft, cylinder liners, pistons, connecting rods, cylinder heads, and fuel injection system. Supply and replacement of all required spare parts, including but not limited to: i. Cylinder liners, pistons, and piston rings. ii. Main and connecting rod bearings. iii. Gaskets, seals, and O-rings. iv. Fuel injectors/nozzles. v. Fuel, lubricating oil, and air filters. vi. Belts, hoses, clamps, and other rubber components. vii. Cooling system components. Servicing of the fuel injection pump, turbocharger, cooling system, and lubrication system. Servicing, testing, and performance verification of the engine alternators. Servicing, testing, and calibration of all electrical and electronic control panels, engine monitoring systems, alarms, and safety shutdown units. Reassembly and alignment of both engines in accordance with OEM guidelines. Conducting pressure tests, engine tuning, and performance trials after completion of the overhaul. Submission of a comprehensive overhaul report, including inspection records, measurement sheets, test results, and a list of all replaced spare parts. All work to be carried out under the supervision and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC) and in accordance with established marine engineering standards.
