Charpoy GI Pipe with Nylon Newar (FD-220) Dismantling of GI pipe charpoy to carry out repairs like threading at ends of existing pipes,removing the broken unserviceable legs, long rails, short rails, elbows and check nuts and fixing new elbows and check nuts reassembling the charpoy complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed Note: supply only long rail, short rails, legs, elbows and check nuts shall be measured & paid seperately under respective items.

Supply only long rail of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade of approved make of size 1980 mm long including cutting and threading both ends as required complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed. Furniture Drawing No. FD-220

Making the short rail for GI charpoy from the broken long rail obtained from item No.2 above duly cutting, threading complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed. Furniture drawing No. FD-220.

Making the leg for GI charpoy from the broken GI pipe obtained vide item No.2 & 3 above including cutting, threading at one end and other end shall be fixed with 3mm thick MS base plate duly welded at bottom and providing 3mm thick MS ring with 16 gauge base plate to hold MNF set including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer to exposed surfaces of MS rings and base plate and fixing complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.. Supply only 32mm dia GI medium grade 3 way elbow, duly ISI marked complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed. Furniture Drawing No. FD-220

Supply only 5mm thick GI medium grade check nut, duly ISI marked suitable for 32mm dia pipe all as specified in furniture drawing and as directed. Furniture Drawing No. FD-220

Supply only leg for GI charpoy of 32 mm dia medium grade with necessary threading at one end and other end shall be fixed with 3mm thick MS base plate duly welded at bottom and providing 3mm thick MS ring with 16 gauge base plate to hold MNF set to leg including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer to exposed surfaces of MS rings and base plate complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed. Supply and fixing MS iron stip 08 Nos of size 40mmx6mm, 75mm long (02 Nos in each long rail and 02 No in short rail on both sides ) with running welding to rails of charpoys and duly holed/ drilled for tightening plywood with GI nut and bolts of size 5mm dia 50mm long with half round head including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge. Note:- One number of MS flat iron strip 40mmx6mm 75mm long shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing flat MS Iron 02 Nos size 40mmx6mm, 900 mm long and providing 02 Nos of holes/ drilled in each flat iron for tightening plywood on flat iron along with long rail with nuts, bolts of size 5mm dia 50mm long with half round head on both sides of flat MS Iron and including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge. Note:- One number of MS flat iron strip 40mmx6mmx900mm long is measured as one unit.

Supply and fix 1950x900mmx12mm thick BWR Grade plywood conforming to IS303 all edges of plywood top be filled with putty to prevent observation moisturer and fixed complete as specified and directed.
