Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling of well gravel by lorry in basement filling including conveyance loading and unloading charges and all other incidential charges filling laying watering and consolidation etc., complete as directed by the Dept., Officers with standard specification.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cememnt and Five sand / M.Sand) using best quality of Second Class ground moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9" x 4-1/2" x 3" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction. For foundation and basement

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For plane surfaces such as rectangular or square RCC columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of RCC boxing, etc.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing Granolithic floor finish for 50 mm thickness using plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two sand, and four stone jelly) using 10 to 12mm hard broken stone jelly and the top surface shall be rubbed smooth in all floors, finishing, threading and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of STEEL DOOR with following section. Outer frame 40 X 40 X 3mm Hollow steel special extruded section as at 3.28Kg/RM and shutter frame 40 X 40 X 3mm hollow steel special extruded section as at 3.28Kg/RM. Stiffeners with 32 X 6mm at 1.5 Kg/m MS flat is provided as the lock rail of the door and welded in fact on both ends to shutter frame. 18 gauge CR sheets of best quality is laid as panel is laid as panel in the shutters frames. 18X5mm at 0.7 Kg/m MS flat is welded over the 32X6mm at 1.50 Kg/m MS that on the rear side of the sand witching the CR sheet for rigidly. Additional stiffness with 18 X 5mm at 0.7 Kg/m MS flats are provided diagonally on the rear side of the shutter 2 Nos., of hinges in case of single leaf and 4 Nos., of hinges in case of double leaf shutter is provided 6 Nos., of hold lasts 120mm length spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. A tic bat is provided at the bottom of the outer frame to prevent twisting of frame during transportation of fixing. All members are given a shop coat of red oxide primer etc., as directed by the departmental officers. The rate is include cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation, taxes and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing steel window covered with MS sheet openable shutter. The outer frame and shutter made out of steel sections confirming to IS7452/1982. The outer frames of windows made out of “Z” section (F7D) of size 20 X 20 X 3mm confirming to IS 7452/1982. Millions are made out (F4B) T section of size 46 X 25 X 3mm confirming to IS 7452 / 1982. The shutters are individual and each of them can be operated separately. Sash bars are made of “T” section (T2) of size 25 X 22 X 3mm, 2 Nos. of sturdy hinges and one number of handle cum ranch of special type are fixed or each openable shutter. Suitable openings is left for its easy operation. One number of window adjustable string with fixing bracket of sufficient length are provided for each shutter 4 Nos. of 40 X 40 X 3mm angle hold facts of 230mm inner face of the window at equal intervals not excluding 10cm spacing the shutter portion be covered with 20 gauge MS sheet. All members are painted with one coat of red oxide primer. Providing aluminium louvered ventilator with new one of aluminium anodized natural colour matt finish louvered ventilator. The outer frame will be 63.50 X 38.10mm X 1.41mm @ 0.818 Kg/m and the louvers with moving arrangements will be made with aluminium channel of sizes 60 X 30 X 4mm @ 1.27 Kg/m with necessary glass panes for louvers 4mm thick aluminium “L” angles, screws, nails conveyances, scaffolding if any and power consumption charges required for fabrication wherever necessary with power drill to extent required and made good to the original condition after fixing etc. complete. The aluminium surface is to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI specification 1868 / 1962 of anodic film thickness for all sections. All the materials should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before fixing in position as directed.

Supplying and fixing MS iron grill for windows ventilators and grill gate etc., including one coat of red oxide primer using MS angle of size 40X40X6mm grill using 20X6mm MS flat and necessary hold fast with MS angle 40X40X6mm 23cm length splashed at end is to be provided at appropriate places for fixing the grill etc., complete complying with standard specification. The type design for the grills should be got approved by the departmental officers before execution.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes Of 110 mm dia having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position of weld mesh door of size as may be directed using 25 X 25 X 6mm M.S. angle for outer frame 25 X 6 mm M.S. flats for stiffeners horizontally 3" X 1" M.S. weld mesh for panels including cost of materials, labours for wrought and put up, applying a coat of primer etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supply and fixing of 0.47mm Galvalum sheet roofing including cost of sheet, self tapping screws and washer etc., with all cost of material and labour charges including fixing and finishing as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fabricating, erecting of colour Galvalume 0.47mm ridge sheet including cost of self drilling (SDST) screws with washers, fixing charges lead and lift etc., complete.

Fabricating, supply and fixing in position of M.S. weld mesh using M.S. Angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm approved design for open courtyard, grill, grill work to doors and window openings etc., using necessary mild steel flats of size 25mm x 5mm for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of exterior primer using best quality and approved colour of paint, brushes, scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specification. Paint, primer and colour have to be got approved by department Engineers before use on work.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying and fixing in position of PVC Sintex water tank of 2000 Litres capacity approved quality and make including the cost of PVC adopter, lifting charges, conveyance, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position 15 mm dia C.P. Long body tap (Heavy type) of approved make conforming to IS specification and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete, complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. (Taps should be got approved by the Departmental Officer before use on the works)

Supplying and fixing in position 15mm dia brass CP screw down tap / Pillar tap (heavy duty) of approved make conforming to BIS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. (Taps should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the works)

Supplying, laying and jointing PVC pipes of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS of the following dia including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials using PVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges upto 4 metre height above ground level, etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
